the guy messed up my order and didnt add sauces i ordered in the app, incorrect bread too.
In one sandwich i ordered no spinach cause a family member is allergic and the guy still added it. we didnt notice til we got home.

Rude employess younger kids play instead of greeting customer. Pqid for extra items on sandwich didnt get . not clean place at all. Ordered online was even made when I got there at the time they set up for me. I want my money back but supposedly the boss wasnt there to issue my refund . Made fun of my sister because she’s overweight.

I couldn’t decide what sub to get and was nervous to ask, the worker that was there, she had some facial piercings I think her name was Hailey was really patient and told me some recommendations. I have some anxiety when it comes to ordering but she was really nice, made me feel comfortable and we had a good conversation! she made my sandwich efficiently and it was so good!

I usually get great service and sandwiches but today was awful. The bread was not cooked all the way. I had a turkey sandwich and I only got 3 slices of meat for a footlong. The two girls were polite but to busy talking to each other instead of paying attention to the customer. Maybe more training???
