I stopped coming here because the lady in the morning is very rude. I decided to give it another chance for dinner tonight and the service was great. Guy in the drive thru was awesome. But when I got home to eat my food the bun looked like it was died yellow. Never seen anything like it before. Ended up taking the bun off because who knows what’s in it or if it just wasn’t fresh. But it was almost a fluorescent yellow color.

Do you guys open at 6am or 7am? Went through the drive thru to pick up an online order at around 6:30am and nobody was at the speaker box… spent about 10 minutes… drove up to the window and waited about 5-10 mins and nobody was there. Mind you it’s 6am and there were no cars, they didn’t have any orders.. finally someone comes and opens the window and tells me to pull forward. Spent about 20-30 minutes waiting for 2 items “burgers for breakfast” deal, all I wanted was 2 bacon kings with no ketchup or mayo, and guess what I got ketchup up and mayo, even though it said on the app that I had taken them off. The lady who was bringing out my order dropped the bag and laughed about it. Never apologized or anything… Unbelievable! Will not return.

Decent visit… Waited a few minutes to even be greeted. Short male cashier was polite, swift, accurate. Drinks provided to us given no order #. Filled our own and went and sat down. Food taking a while to come out so went and stood up closer to counter. Manager was consulting with staff over food theft as someone was using his codes & he had been going over policy’s with each employee in front of the guests. Not appropriate in my opinion…
I could tell he was OVER IT too. Some of the staff were also very sassy with their responses… A tray and order # was called it looked like mine so I grabbed it via only 2 guests were awaiting anyway. It was the correct try and drinks filled for us were given to us a second time… So we kept them lol

We had Wonderful service the last few times we went for our breakfast sandwiches. The drive thru lady was VERY RUDE!!! I GET WHERE BURGER KING IS at ON EAST NORTH!!! NOBODY wants to be in that atmosphere because its the Native American side. But please if you’re going to choose to be in the food service business. Realize that your Attitude is the start of everyone’s morning that chooses to eat at burger king. I work housekeeping, I realize when I walk in those hotel doors its my attitude that matters to the guest. Very unprofessional.

Waited for 15 minutes at driver thru order machine. No one said hello or asked me what I would like. Pulled to window multiple staff were talking and messing around. Needs a new staff and better management. Very unhappy about my experience today

Food was terrible, and wrong at that, I ordered a burger no mushrooms add jalapeños and got no jalapeños. The other burger was terrible and tasted like rubber. Horrible service as the employees started playing loud music and swearing at the top of their lungs. Quality of burger king in rapid city has gone down the dump. Never again.

It would be nice for once to get a correct order from this location. I ordered an 8 piece chicken fry meal, asked for a small fry and a large drink. I had to repeat that i wanted a large drink 3 times and still got a medium. I also order a bacon double cheeseburger. I got a plain hamburger with bogging on it. Service here is a joke.

Standard fast food restaurant. I ate my food inside. Tge burger was ok, not hot but ok. The fries were not actually hot, they were more stale tasting. I chose Burger King as I like the taste of a grilled burger. This one was a little disappointing. 0
