Everything is as you would expect from a 5 Guys. I saw they just added one at the mall. The prices seem way higher here. $14.50 for a burger? I haven’t been to a 5 Guys this year, maybe this is standard? Stil a good burger though.

Came in like any other time and was greeted kindly from Yousef. He took my order and even delighted my order with a twist that I really loved with the grilled onions… the fries are always fresh and crispy when I come to this location when he’s working. I typically drive out of my way to come to this location because It’s the most fresh and best tasting five guys in the capital district.

I recently stopped in at your establishment and had both a positive and a negative experience.
On the positive side, the food was good, especially the Cajun Fries.
On the negative side, I wanted to order a Strawberry Milkshake but was unable to get a clear answer about the ingredients. Both the customer representative at the cash register and the manager could not answer my question of “What type of milk (2%, Almond, Oat, etc.) is used in the milkshake?” I thought this was a pretty simple question.
Please ensure your staff are better prepared to answer basic product questions for the next customer.

I have been here twice. Both times were during weekends around 11:00am, so not rush hour time. Staff was courteous and got my Little Hamburger and fries out quickly. I like their burgers; it reminds me of Shake Shack. They are both freshly made.

Wonderful people working. Super quick and easy to order! GREAT food and honestly some of the best music I’ve heard for a restaurant! (Green Day and Weezer and a few others!) Space was absolutely spotless, cleanliness wise, even the bathrooms!

Places my order using the app. I stood at the counter for 9 minutes waiting for my burger. I could see it ready to go in the bag. All 5 employees ignored me until I said something. Well, they didn’t ignore me, they all saw me. They did not acknowledge me. Second time this has happened too. What I’ll do from now on is go behind the counter myself and grab my food since the employees are too incompetent to
hand it over themselves.
