This is truly The Worst time coming to Dave and Buster’s. So, we made a reservation for our party of 15, my grandson’s 9th Birthday party. We do Dave and Buster’s twice a year for birthdays. Well Sunday 2/15/2026 2:30pm we she up to set up the tables and we’re told by manager Chelsea that 75% of our party have to be here to be seated. I told Chelsea that we want to order our food and plus the lids are hungry. Well, Chelsea stuck to her story, talking about it’s policy ( a straight LIE) We were here last in August. I should’ve known better from the last incident when we were here ( the waitress just takes it upon herself to add her tip onto some of our guests bill, including mines.) So, I had to get a manager because I was so . I just did not have words.

Such a fun spot! My kids had an absolute blast there and didn’t want to leave. There was plenty to keep them entertained, so they were happily playing the whole time. Seeing them laugh and enjoy themselves made the visit totally worth it.
What makes this place even better is that it’s enjoyable for adults too. While the kids are busy having fun, you can actually relax and grab a beer. It’s not always easy to find a place where both parents and kids are equally happy, but this one really manages to pull it off.
The atmosphere feels lively and welcoming, making it perfect for a casual family outing. It’s definitely a win-win situation — the kids get their playtime, and the adults get a moment to unwind. We’ll absolutely be coming back again!

My experience at Dave & Buster’s was not only humiliating, but deeply concerning from a legal and accessibility standpoint.
I was visiting with my fully trained service dog when I was suddenly surrounded by approximately six staff members and security personnel and accused of allowing my dog to defecate and track it into the game area. The alleged “trail” originated from a small area filled with children, yet without conducting a proper investigation or calmly reviewing footage first, staff immediately blamed my service animal.
The manager repeatedly assured me he “would not lie,” stated that they have 30 cameras in the area the got everything on video, and claimed he personally saw video footage of my dog defecating and could show it to me. Despite this claim, I was confronted publicly and escorted out of the building before any professional, respectful verification took place. My service dog was under control, actively working, and did not relieve itself in the facility.
Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), businesses are required to allow service animals and handle situations appropriately. Publicly surrounding and removing a guest with a service animal based on an unverified accusation demonstrates a serious lack of training and understanding of ADA obligations.
Being swarmed and escorted out in front of other guests was one of the most embarrassing experiences I have ever endured. The only resolution offered was adding money to our play card, which does not address the discrimination, humiliation, or emotional distress caused.
I expect this matter to be taken seriously. Proper ADA training and clear procedural protocols should be implemented immediately to ensure no other individual with a service animal is treated in this manner.

Super fun place! My kids had a blast there. Also is great because you can drink a beer while the kids play. It is a win win 🙂

Fun place for games. Great drinks. Some of the food is very good, some sub par. It also varies from time to time. Different cooks I guess. I usually like the flatbread. I don’t recommend the wings. They have a huge variety of games and plenty of fun things to do there. Great place for first dates. Also lots of TVs if you want to go watch sports while having a drink or meal.

Guitar Hero is my favorite game they have, lucky for me they have two of them. Dave and Busters has all the best arcade games racing, shooting, zombies, skeet ball, basketball, all of them. My family and I always have a great time there and look forward to finding new games and winning lots of tickets.

I went with my friend who is handicap and the place is not adapted enough for a electric wheel chair. Not right now, due to the fact that 2 of the bar areas where not open do to construction and the bar that was open was on a stage making it hard for my friend to be able to order himself a drink. Very crowded and over all no space to sit and eat. We had to sit in the front and order to go because I was told it would take at least 1 hour to get food when it had already taken us an 1 hour just to get drinks. But no hate to the cooks very good fries nice and crispy and the spices very good. My friend got the double cheese burger and I tried the chicken sandwich pretty good.

We had a truly unforgettable time celebrating our friend Angie here. This would be an incredible place for teens and kids to thrive. There are numerous games, games with prizes, delicious food, and refreshing beverages. The restrooms were immaculate, which is vital to me. Overall, it was a a memorable and fun experience to create with friends and family. We will definitely be back.

We arrived slightly before our reservation on the 15th of August due to a scheduling mishap with Pest Control, which required us to leave our house an hour or so earlier than anticipated. We arrived and asked the front desk receptionist where to go, and made it clear we had arrived earlier than anticipated and asked if it was okay if we took a seat, or if we should sit down outside of the dining area and wait for our assigned reservation time. We were told it was fine and directed to “Go left, and then turn left. Sit wherever you want.” This led me to a ramp into an empty seating section that had no people in it, nor staff waiting on tables. This section, unbeknownst to us, was for dinner guests and was closed. Though the device used to close the section off was NOT in place. Nor was there any signage to indicate the seating area was open only during certain hours. We then meander to a small seating area, with blue booths and tables, with only a handful of seating areas, most of which were occupied, or had not been cleaned off yet from the previous customers. A section of larger, more empty tables that appeared to be reserved for larger gatherings, and two or three tables with particularly high seating arrangements. Due to vertigo issues, the available tables would have been dangerous for me to sit in. So, a waitress led us to another dining area reserved for evening guests and directed us to sit down. Told us it was typically closed, but we could sit there. She then asked what drinks we wanted and left to do her thing. In the time between her departure and the waitress’s arrival with the drinks, we were approached by a staff member with a grey shirt, presumably management, who told us we were NOT permitted to sit there and that we would need to sit somewhere else. Apparently, without having checked with anyone on his staff to see if someone had sat us there. My mother was calmer than I at this point, and she told them our situation. I had left feedback via the Opentable app on which we had made our reservation and even now I am unsure if it has been read.
TLDR:
Food was good, server was great, management was less so. If an area is closed off for dining, please ensure the dining areas that are unavailable for seating customers are blocked off and clearly labled and your staff does not contradict established protocol
