Stopped by Penn Station for lunch and it was a great choice. The sub was made fresh on the grill, and you can really taste the difference. The bread was warm and soft, and the fries were hot and crispy. Everything felt freshly prepared, not just thrown together.
Only downside was it took a little longer than I expected during the lunch rush, but the food quality made it worth the wait. Overall, really solid spot for a hot sub and I’ll definitely be back.

Not the best. Seems 2nd shift is worse than 1st. I ordered a large pizza sub with extra mushrooms. I can not find the mushrooms, and the amount of pepperoni for a large sub is a joke. I’ll not be back here. I’ll stick with the store near me.

I came in on Sunday January 18th at around 1:20 in the afternoon, there was one person standing at the register the lady came out and took his order and then as I stepped up to place my order she points to three people who seem to be her friends and said they were in front of you they were sitting over at a table they weren’t waiting in line. If this is how you think customer service you go you should just quit serving people sandwiches. This happened after I gave them a second chance because they had some really poor employees for a while. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. EDIT: 2/24/2026 went and filled out the form as requested by the response, and to this day still have not heard anything from these people. Do yourself a favor go anywhere else to get food.

I should preface this by saying that I don’t do this. You have to mess up a sandwich pretty badly for me to want to talk about it.
Ordered online 3/17 12:47P.M. Pickup time given was 1:00P.M. Went to pickup counter and stood in line. After several other people came in and ordered and the line in front of me cleared out, the staff walked away. Eye contact made no less than half a dozen times; immediately looked away. No acknowledgement from staff. At 1:23, asked if order could just be refunded. I ordered ahead to use my break at work which is ten minutes. It was going on thirty. It took them a few minutes to find my order, which was on the counter. They said it had only been there five/ten minutes, and didn’t know I was there.
Twenty five minutes after pickup time, this is what I was given. It was hardly warm and the chicken was cold on the inside and not cooked thoroughly. I had to throw it away.
I would really advise against going here. Incompetent staff, apathetic attitude, terrible service, worse food.

This was my first time trying Penn Station and it will also be my last. Me and my co-worker ordered three subs from them and they got all three of them wrong. I asked for no onions or mushrooms and they were both on the two subs I ordered. My coworker ordered a pizza sub and they put no pizza sauce condiments on it whatsoever. He was upset to the point where he took his back to penn station because they wouldn’t answer the phone , I did not take mine back. Upon arrival and after explaining the situation, which he had to drive back to this location after just getting back from picking it up on our lunch break to explain this because they wouldn’t answer, and they just handed him condiments in a cup and walked away. If I pay 35$ for two subs, I’d hope they would atleast be correct, but don’t expect it with this penn station and don’t expect them to fix their mistakes either. Awful food, service, and attitudes. If I could rate this negatively , it would be a -5 star review.

It’s been 15 years since I’ve had Penn Station, but it was just as good as I remember. Friendly staff and quick service.

I remember Penn Station being a favorite chain of mine, however the quality has kept falling. This dagwood sub was being all it could be, and the staff was very good. But it was not worth walking up there today.
Maybe they forgot the meat, but there were trace amounts in there.
I am also eager to get the rubber-stamp message… wait for it-
