As somebody who lived in California, almost their whole life i have been to sushi restaurants that cost you as much as a car payment. It is very affordable sushi and the food tastes absolutely delicious. The eel was immaculate the jalapeno paupers Were absolutely amazing. The staff was very friendly and kind the chef was able to tell me where they get the fish from I highly recommend this place, my fiancé and I will continue to go here.

this place is really decent for vegas but man the service is kinda horrible. they hire teenagers that don’t know how to give good service & you’re waiting forever to get your food. one time i was served an ant in my tea. i wish whoever runs this place would take more pride in the quality of food and service because this place could be awesome

I give this place 5/5. The food and service was amazing. We are from Austin,Tx even for being out in the middle of no where, we should know the supply for fresh seafood is scares. The price are high due to supply and demand and that is understandable. The sushi and experience was worth the price. They manage to deliver excellent sushi. The waiter and chef was so nice.

I absolutely love this place. I highly recommend it. I have tried the Alaska roll, jalapeño bombers, high country roll, teriyaki chicken rice bowl, tempura shrimp and the California roll.

Was passing by and seen this on our google recommendations for sushi and we decided to give it a try. Let me tel u. Best decision we ever made. This little hole in the wall in the middle of nowhere has the best damn ramen soups and sushi that I’ve had in a good while. I would recommend this place before any of the sushi places in Abq. The waitress and just the atmosphere in general were great. Will be stopping by again soon. Thank u guys for some much needed good food and service

I’ve been here a couple times and each time has been excellent. I appreciate the service and helping us move to another table because one of us cannot spill

We sat in the lobby and it was still a good experience. The staff is so friendly and I’ll definitely be back a few more times before my time is up here in New Mexico.

Oishi means delicious in Japanese.
This was probably the worst Sushi I have ever had. Rolls were mush!! Waited for the tempura shrimp and was cold and I ate it within 3 minutes of receiving my order. Portions were that of a kids menu. What you see in the photo I was charged $45 for. Added a $5 fee because I picked it up. I should have ordered eat in and then left with my food. Absolutely do NOT waste your money. I’m headed to get a burger because I’m still hungry that’s how small the portions are.
Never to return or recommend.

The people working here were very nice and friendly. The restaurant is small and very cute. I had the Sushi Tots appetizer and the toppings were great, but the fried rice tots were a little too big for a single bite and they were a bit glommy in the mouth. The sushi roll had nice flavors, but the sushi rice was not great. It was pretty glommy, too. My big disappointment, though, was the sushi fish itself. It was very thin slices and I’m HOPING that was some seared tuna because it had an edge on it. The prices were typical for sushi, but I felt a bit cheated by the skimpy fish.

The building is nice, but I ordered the miso soup and it was straight up ramen broth. Not a single grain of actual miso paste was in there. According to my roommates, the Hawaiian roll was delicious and it’s good fish for the area. I was not impressed by the customer service when I confronted them about the soup. The waiter acted like he didn’t care. He didn’t even offer another full priced dish, rather said “sorry” and walked away.
