The food and service here is great! Very healthy for you and tastes great too. My only issue a couple of times I have ordered extra add-ins, which costs more, and they were missing. Not really a big issue overall though because it’s right most of the time.

The pumpkin smoothie is a great fall treat. It has hints of cinnamon and ginger and is the perfect level of sweetness! Further, the location offers nice views of downtown Kittery.

The smoothies taste good but the wait time was abysmal. It took ~25 min for our smoothie to come out. A friend ordered an açaí bowl and after another 15 min of waiting, we couldn’t stay longer and he canceled his order.
If the prep time is known to be long, it would be helpful to set expectations appropriately. Tell people up front that the ETA is longer, rather than saying “it’ll be right out” and continuously promising “yours is next”.

These smoothies are amazing! Fresh ingredients and fresh juices. Prices are reasonable.
The lady working was friendly and super nice. She remade a smoothie for my daughter with no complaints. I will definitely be a regular here.

For juice- sure. For food-no. We ordered an açaí bowl and we told 9-10 minutes. That’s fine. After 15 minutes and a BUNCH of other people had arrived and we receiving smoothies, I went up and asked about the bowl. They said it was being worked on at that moment. Nope. After another 15 minutes and a bunch more smoothies, we finally got the bowl. It took 30 minutes to make an açaí bowl. The people were nice enough but never again.

Smoothies and bowls are delicious don’t get me wrong but today was an awful experience! Customers getting smoothies who ordered after me?!? I stood there waiting for 2 small smoothies and a tropical bowl for almost 30mins! If it would have been easy for me to get my money back I would have and walked away! Very disappointing.

Best place for a delicious smoothie! The only negative is sometimes the same smoothie is different depending on who makes it. I prefer to have Jess make my smoothie. She is fantastic!! Always makes my smoothie the same each time I visit! I only try and go when she is scheduled.
