I came in with a family member today because I wanted for him to enjoy good food, great service and awesome atmosphere. I sat at the bar and my server was Vanessa who goes by Vane. She provided great customer service from the start and till my guess and I left. She was very attentive, always showing good spirit with her smile and took care of me and my family member the whole time. I am happy that it was a great experience for us. Ojos Locosi s very lucky to have a extraordinary and hard working person like Vanessa working at this establishment and for the organization. Vanessa is exceptional employee who is always taking care of her customers from beginning to end.

My server this evening was Bri. She took a while to get me my drinks. Also she needs to pay attention better to details and instructions given because I specifically ask for my drinks with no ice and twice she a lot of ice of them. She did get the food out quickly but she didn’t get us utensils and napkins. We also had to ask for limes.from another server. She a good girl but needs to be more careful with details.
As you can see on the picture I had to remove the ice from my glass twice.

I recently visited Ojos Locos – Laredo while they were streaming a fight, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. We were seated quickly, but once at our table no one came to take our order. After waiting quite a while, we went to find someone and were told they were “super busy” and that someone would come shortly. Another 15 minutes passed and still no service. We eventually had to ask a busser to help us place our order.
It was very clear they were understaffed that night. However, if that was the case, management should have considered limiting the number of guests during such a major event. Hosting a big fight without enough staff to properly serve customers sets everyone up for a poor experience.
After finally ordering, it took about 40 more minutes for the food to arrive — and when it did, items were missing and drinks were not provided. We had to ask for the manager to resolve the issue. Only after speaking with management were things addressed. They did offer a 20% discount after we pointed out that we were being charged for items we never received.
What was most disappointing wasn’t just the delay, but the lack of urgency and empathy from the staff. I’ve visited other Ojos Locos locations and never experienced this level of poor service. The Laredo location was unfortunately a major letdown. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the customer service experience moving forward.

The food was delightful, and the service was even more exceptional. Julieta managed everything seamlessly, despite attending to several tables. We never experienced any significant delays before she checked in with us.

Went to Ojos Locos to watch a game, and the start was honestly a little awkward. There was no host up front, so I ended up standing there for about five minutes before I finally went and asked where I could sit. They sat me right in front of a TV, which was fine, but it took around 10 minutes before anyone noticed me. At that point, I was a bit disappointed.
But things definitely turned around once my waitress showed up. She was super nice and actually asked what game I was trying to watch. She went out of her way to change the TV for me so I didn’t have to be looking up at the top screen the whole time. That small thing really made the experience better.
I ordered a beer, some chips and nachos, and ceviche — all of it was really good. The DJ was playing since it was a Thursday, so the vibe was fun, and once I was settled in, I enjoyed the game, had a couple beers, and it turned into a pretty good night.
Overall, the customer service ended up being solid thanks to the waitress. The only downside was that awkward wait when I first walked in. But after that, everything else was goo

Our server Victoria was so attentive and kind since the moment we were seated. She had our drinks out as soon as possible and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed the whole time. Really the best server we ever had here so make sure you ask for her when you come here 😉 and she can sing ! Bonus points

This sports bar is amazing! The atmosphere is lively and fun, perfect for watching the game. The food was delicious — fresh, flavorful, and came out hot. The service was top-notch too; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. Definitely one of the best spots around to grab a bite, have a drink, and enjoy good company. Highly recommend!
