This was one of the best del tacos! The cleanest del taco I’ve ever been in the food was perfect. Green burritos with Xtra sauce Xtra cheese and lettuce was created with care and tasted delicious! The service was top of the line. This del taco deserves to be recognized and a training place for all. Thank you again for the delicious meal and wonderful service

I was passive-aggressively “greeted ” by two female associates while leaving the restroom stall. They held the restroom door open and said “hello…” As I was washing my hands.
It is my mistake for not taking note of her name tag. But she (one of the employees) proceeded to tell me , “Excuse me, you cannot use the restroom. You can order but you cannot use the restroom.” I responded that I was going to order after asking what my boyfriend wanted … She repeated that I cannot use the restroom.
So I Asked her to clarify, “So I can’t use the restroom if I order ?” She said, “no unfortunately” and mentioned her manager .. whom I suppose was busy in the back ..
Prior to this experience, the employees have been very kind to me, and I eat here all the time … But it saddened me to say that maybe I shouldn’t eat here anymore ..
It’s unfortunate to met with such unprofessionalism and rudeness just because I didn’t order my food prior to using the restroom (like I usually do).

This store is full of Liars! The clerk took my order for my wife and we ordered a strawberry sprite with NO ICE! The first time they gave us the drink it was in the wrong cup and was full of ice then the 2nd time the lady gave us a lemonade and my wife is pregnant really wanted the drink and I came back for a 3rd time and nothing no apology just putting the blame on us and then tried to tell me what I said then she said she was on lunch then I asked her how could she hear me then she said she had her headset on so which was it? Are you on break or did you take the order!!!! This was ridiculous all they had to do was admit the wrong then she decided to argue with me for 3minutes about the drink and still made me pay the difference!!!! Wow horrible service!!!!!

Don’t really ever go to deltaco but decided to try the 2 for 10 burritos and I am extremely disappointed, I see why people chose different food chains, I find this offensive feeding people there portions for what they are charging, I could have got 2 five dollar meals from mcdonalds for this price or for a dollar extra from wendys even el pollo loco is way more generous than this. Smh here are the pictures of my 2 for $10 burritos which are literally a 1.99 grilled chicken taco wraped in a big burritos tortilla, enjoy the laugh and skip this place and take your family elsewhere, even the gas station extra mile next to it has better hot food and bigger portion for the price. NEVER AGAIN, LIKE EVER EVER. Use the last picture as a reference because it looks nothing as advertised at all!

The steak on the steak fries were season well and you can’t go wrong with a bean and cheese burrito! An indoor play structure was a bonus, don’t see that often anymore.

I have NEVER had any issues with Del Taco in 35 years until last week. Last week I ordered several items. One being the new tostada. Looked amazing! Everything was going good, I ordered my food thru the drive thru and got my bag and left. As I’m driving down Oakdale road I had grabbed the tosdada to eat while at a red light. I grabbed the box out of the bag, opened it, and started to eat it. About 4 bites in I seen something moving! Yes, moving. My eyes were immediately drawn to what was a moving bug who’s legs looked to be stuck in the tomato on my tosdada!!! I literally FREAKED out!! I was just staring at this bug while it was moving around in disbelief. I immediately snapped a few photos as well as a video. I put the remaining tosdada back in the box, shut it, threw it in the bag and called the manager immediately! Needless to say the manager didn’t believe me when I told her to check her tomatoes. She told me she’sbeen serving food all morning and seen no bugs. Well, this bug was in an enclosed box so it didn’t come from my vehicle is what I told her. My AC was on low, no windows were even open in my truck so they’re was no way this bug came in. Maybe it came from the cardboard box , the food box, I don’t no, but it was in the box when being served to me! She didn’t take it seriously therefore I have called corporate and reported her and the damn bug!!! I will NEVER come back here after this!!! Also, they NEVER have me a reciept. I think the managers name was Gabby. She was HORRIBLE!!!!! She shouldn’t be dealing with the public! Shane on you Gabby!

Went through the drive thru 05/09/2025 from 12-1 pm and the person taking orders was super rude. she kept cutting me off while ordering, i asked for no tomatoes and she cut me off and just asked what drink. i asked her if she can confirm that she herd no tomato. her response was yes okay no tomato what drink. Very dry, when getting to the window i asked for my receipt, the employee working still did not give me my receipt. customer service needs improvement with this employee.
