I am a regular for this location and have always appreciated their service, however, lately I have been having a terrible experience. This is what my hot drinks have been looking like this season… with a fourth or almost half of my drink missing. No, I did not take a sip or drink the coffee in this photo, I simply took off the lid when I got home. I have been having this issue where my hot drinks are only filled 3/4 of the way, or are only a little over halfway full. This was a tall hot chestnut praline drink, and the same thing always happens whenever I order a tall hot caramel macchiato. No, I did not ask for cream or anything like that. I usually order via drive thru and I don’t even realize the drink is missing so much volume until I get home. This has happened over 5 times already. A few times I did ask for my drink to be remade, but other times I did not have time to address it. I did end up calling the store to address this issue directly, and they said they would let the team know. However, this has been a reoccurring issue that hasn’t been solved. I have now resorted to holding up the drive thru line to check if my drink is filled up all the way up before I leave. This unfortunately adds an additional 5-8 minutes to have my drink remade.

Previously, there was a lid issue for the tall hot cups where it would not completely close/seal and that caused for my coffee to keep spilling in my car. I called twice to this location to address it before and nothing was done about that as well.

I understand that no establishment is perfect and that I could always ask for my drink to be remade, but that also comes at a cost for the location and customers’ time. I would greatly appreciate if this Starbucks location could address this internally and make a change. I spend $5-12 every single day at this specific location, but if it keeps taking more time than needed to get a full drink, I will resort to driving down the street to the other Starbucks. Thank you.

Had a great experience here the other morning. I am so thankful this place is located where it is, it is right across from the bus stop I need to wait for the bus at and I decided to come in and grab a coffee. The employees were so nice and there was almost no wait time on my drink. Coffee was perfect temperature and tasted great and really did the trick to warm me up from the cold. That hot cup of coffee was a life saver! Will definitely be back.

I live close by this Starbucks and I order my coffee every day and today I walked inside to used the used bathroom. They told I can’t use the bathroom if I don’t order coffee. That is new policy told me the manager not sure if she was manger and told to go to Starbucks.com to complain if I wanted it . The funny I used other locations without ordering any coffee.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso…. Some how NO BROWN SUGAR SYRUP MADE IT INTO MY BEVERAGE. Normally I don’t bother complaining, but as a Type 1 diabetic, I dosed insulin for a Venti brown sugar shaker, and without the syrup in it, I am now at a loss for the sugar content to this beverage. So big thanks for following your bump screen and steps to make these beverages, i will be trying to handle the medical issues you caused for the next 24 hours. You are welcome for the $10 tip that wasn’t deserved. I hope you baristas have the day you deserve

I placed an order through the app. 5 minutes later stopped by the store and wait for few minutes around 5 employees hanging out( it was not busy at all) until someone asked me if I did place my order, but they weren’t able to see it. I have to come back and grabbed my phone and confirmed for my order placed. Few minutes later, I went back and requested a refund. I was told that finally they got it and my drinks were on the counter, I don’t for how long? Anyway ! Not happy with the customer service! I will not waste my time and Money anymore in Starbucks!

Come to star buck+s probably more than i could afford but this happens to be the only place I splurge on a
drink to treat myself to the dragon fruit drink with the splash of peach juice. I never know or remember the name of the sizes of drinks so I specify the largest you have and unfortunately it’s only when I get to the window I realize this is not the size because this is the only size I ever get and remember so the employee Alyssa i replied to her this isn’t correct is it the largest size she said no after she first tried to give me someone else’s drink and I just explain i say largest because i don’t know names so she said she will need to charge me more and now I need to wait and I explain this is why I say largest so there’s no inconvenience on both sides and at this location line has short space for vehicles and she said rudely unfortunately things happen in this industry, I was tooken back by her stern reply and I ask for her manager she seem not bothered and called for her while standing behind her with another employee telling them and laughing being smug. There seems to be no accountability these days for this type of behavior the manager did reply it’s not acceptable and I said I’d call corporate after the she had smug face and manager seem to agree and ask if I needed the number which led me to believe her hands are tied with this type of behavior

I visited the drive-thru and received a drink that was almost entirely ice, with only about 10% of the actual beverage. When I politely addressed the issue, the manager responded with rudeness, insisting on “mutual respect” despite my courteous approach, including saying “please” and “thank you.” Additionally, I had specified that I needed a vegan drink due to Lent, yet she dismissed my request and remarked on the price of my order in a disrespectful manner. Her attitude made it seem as though she was doing me a favor rather than simply providing the service I paid for. Accountability is essential—I appreciate you taking the time to read this.
