It all started in 1972, when owner Judy Waller opened her first U.S. Pizza Company in a burned out clock shop in Levy, AR. Armed with a unique recipe for thin crust pizza and an old fashioned stone hearth oven, U.S. Pizza embarked on a quarter-of-a-century journey that has done everything but dwindle. Since we opened our first store in 1972, we’ve been making our thin crust pizza from scratch when you order it. And we still use stone hearth ovens. That’s one of the reasons our unique pizzas are worth the wait! We pride ourselves in offering you the very best pizza, salads and sandwiches, and we value your patronage
Long-running pizzeria chain serving classic & creative pies, plus sandwiches, beer & wine.

Went again tonight.
After being seated for 10 minutes and still not having a server come take our drink order, I started looking around at nearby tables and noticed many people mid-meal with empty drinks. not a good sign.
Finally got our drinks and placed our order. Pizza arrived in about 10 minutes. Our drinks were gone halfway through our meal and no one ever came back to refill them. Later, no one noticed we were done eating and had our plates stacked for several minutes. I finally grabbed a guy walking by and asked if we could pay so we could leave. Couldn’t help but notice that the staff was all congregated up at the bar/kitchen area talking and watching the TV.
Terrible service and “just okay” pizza.
The bread/cheese sticks are really good and their salads are elite. I’m not a salad guy but I would get a large one from here and enjoy every bite of it.
EDIT: I’m not sure what’s happened to this location, but the attention to detail has gone way down. I recently ordered a “large” ceasar salad, a large supreme salad, and a large pepperoni pizza, with extra ranch and buffalo sauce on the side. The ceasar was easily half the size it usually is, the supreme had hardly any turkey and NO bacon, they forgot the buffalo sauce, and the ceasar dressing!! What’s a ceasar salad without ceasar dressing?! They were also loaded with rotten lettuce, I couldn’t believe it. This isn’t the first time I’ve had extra sauces i ordered left out, but the quality of the food is where I draw a line. The pizza was fine, but I’ve always come for the salads, and sadly I think this is my last time to visit this location.
The atmosphere was pure chaos. Rock music blared from the kitchen while easy jazz played from the ceiling speakers—it clashed hard. TVs were on every wall, but I almost think the place would be better without them. It was just too much happening at once.
Visually, it felt slapped together. Power strips dangled from the walls, not even mounted—though mounting them wouldn’t fix the look either.
The only bright spot was our server. It was his first shift, and we were his first table. We were friendly, joked around with him, and didn’t complain—he was still upbeat and hadn’t been worn down by all the quick fixes and patch jobs yet. You could tell he was trying, and we appreciated that.
As for the owner or manager—I’m not sure which—she’s a regular at my job, and even she doesn’t have anything good to say about the place when she’s not there.
