So I walked in there this afternoon to use the bathroom after ordering from the drive thru, there were these 2 Spanish ladies on the front area of the kitchen and they were laughing at me and talking trash about me while I was On my way! To the bathroom. I took off my coat so that I can use the bathroom, and I guess I might’ve dropped my wallet in there.
So after I realized it it was already night time so I called them. The guy literally didn’t even wait a minute when I asked he immediately responded and said that he had checked the office and there was nothing in the lost and found that matched the description of my wallet lol literally didn’t tell me ok I’m going in the office now just literally didn’t even let me finish asking him about it and responds immediately interrupting my question to say that he never found my wallet. Thieves with no respect and I guarantee you when I come there tomorrow with the police they will find out that an employee found it and took it lol just watch and see

Used to really like coming to this BK. I like the French Toast stick. But for some reason all they serve now are these triple fried too hard to eat sticks. Might get a few good ones out of ten. It’s super disappointing.

Good food, decent pricing, great service. Greeted promptly when I walked in the door. Dined in, food was prepared hot and fresh, and was called by name when it was ready. Staff is amazing, bathrooms were clean, and so was the dining area. Would eat here again.

We ordered a Texas Burger meal but it didn’t come with bacon. Wife finished half without knowing it should have bacon in it – well too bad it’s half finished so we didn’t ask for it but we’ll go on here so the management could improve customers’ experience. I ordered dine in but they didn’t call my name or order. I gotta walk up and ask for it and it was Togo. Other tables have trays and all, we were having bags.

I ordered a Large iced mocha w/my Large whopper meal but what they handed me was a medium. When I said it looked too small to be a large, they said it was a large. I gave them the benefit of doubt since it’s been a long time since I’ve been to a BK, but when I got home I could obviously tell it was not the large because my large fry had the brown band while the drink had the orange band. Pics are attached.
Also, quality issues! I watched them “make” the drink and all they did was grab a jug from the mini fridge of light milky brown color, swirl it around and filled my “large” cup. I come home, take a drink and omg it was disgusting and I could not drink it! If that’s how BK makes ice coffee and stores it that is disgusting and I will not be coming back.
I wish I asked for my receipt so that I could leave a store review on their website – that is how irritated I am!

We ordered the famous Sponge Bob meal and was let down. They gave us regular whoppers ( didn’t bother telling us that they don’t have it or whatever) they forgot all our sides. The food that we did get was cold and stale. Never ordering from this location again. Drive to a different location!!!

I had a good visit to this Burger King location. It was one of the few options open late in the evening, so I decided to get a meal via drive-thru. My meal met my expectations, and the staff were accommodating to a few special requests we had. I would order from here again.

They say open til 1 online, sign on the building says open till 1 Fri & sat. Show up at 12:19 to pick up a grubhub order that their system was also obviously marked open to accept, all the lights in the building and parking lot were on…. and all I got was ignored and a head shake from mr large fries extra gravy here. Place is a dumpster fire….
