The food was fantastic!!
Got a carry out order for a meatball sandwich and a large 1/2 white pizza and 1/2 margarita. Good quality ingredients, great price point and the meatballs would make any Italian American proud. Will be back and I can’t wait to try more on the menu.

Mama Pizza truly exceeded my expectations! As a food enthusiast who’s had the privilege of dining around the world, I wouldn’t typically gravitate towards pizza. However, Mama Pizza’s pies, made with simple yet delicious and fresh ingredients, won me over. Every bite was a delight. The homemade gelatos were also a highlight – my son and I thoroughly enjoyed the cake flavor, which was nothing short of fantastic. If you’re a pizza lover, or just looking for a great spot, Mama Pizza is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!

Went there for the very first time because my little one wanted pizza and this was right across the mall. Everything about this spot was great. From the food to the service to the location itself. We ordered their margherita pizza and some garlic knots. The pizza was so delicious and fresh (obviously). The knots were a little too garlicky for our taste but delicious nonetheless.
I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to eat local and great quality pizza.

After multiple recommendations, I got the chance to try this out today. They picked up the phone right away and were extremely friendly when I called. The pizza was ready for pickup as soon as I arrived. The restaurant was pretty full but I still got in and out quickly.
Food:
The pizza was fantastic! We just got a plain chees neopolitan. The cook was perfect and the crust is fantastic. This will definitely be a regular go-to for us.

I’m actually from New York City and this pizza is strikingly accurate to what can found in my old neighborhood pizza place that has been around for thirty years. I didn’t expect such authentic New York style pizza here in Georgia. I’ve had bad experiences with pizza that claimed to be New York style in other areas of the country so I was pleasantly surprised.
Just come in and sit down and the servers come right to you. Everyone is very nice and attentive. The atmosphere is very relaxed and it’s a great place to come in and have a beer and a few slices and chill out.
The prices are wonderful too but coming from New York I can’t compare to the rest of the area. $6 for a pint of beer and $3 for some slices seems very fair.
This is my goto place when I want some real pizza. I enjoy coming in here and it’s a great place.

I had a high expectations since I heard lot of good things about this place. Both pizza we got were below average. Sauce needs more flavor and quality ingredients like fresh mushroom should be used. I will give another try and update my review accordingly.

Growing up in Roswell, Georgia I ate this pizza at the Roswell mall with my family. We always thought it was the best. I moved away. I’ve lived in Denver. I spent time in New York. I traveled all over Italy and I can tell you hands-down this is some of the best pizza in the world.. Give it a shot you won’t be disappointed, true true New York style pizza. Sidenote, I don’t know if it’s true but rumor say they get their water from New York, which is why the crust is so special.

Absolutely love the vibe. It looks small from the outside, but it’s a very decent size with a small bar. Perhaps, it can fit about 4 people. Absolutely love how light and airy the Sicilian crust taste. Didn’t taste so greasy and I enjoyed that. The cheese was Soo good too. Would 100% go back.

Incredible. That word describes the level of service and the food here. We stopped in two nights in a row because of it. My girlfriend and I ordered the BBQ pizza, Chicken Parmigiana sub, Cheese Wedges, and the Cannoli. The pizza was perfect and beautiful, the chicken in the chicken parm was a little dry, but the sauce and cheese made up for it. The cheese wedges were cooked to perfection and I topped it all off with a delicious old school Cannoli. The 2nd night we couldn’t decide what to eat so we decided Mama’s again. This time we got a large margherita pizza. The pizza once again was just visually appealing and tasted even better. We will definitely be back and let everyone know about it. I also wanted to point out the two girls who ran the front were killing, they made sure the packed tables had drinks and were taken care of as well as answering phone orders, and handling pickups. Those girls are rockstars! Thanks again for making these two out of towners’ experience that much better!

The best NY style pizza in the Alpharetta area…Great spot for a takeout or delivery – and the dining area has ample seating with a nice beer and wine selection to match.
Checkout the daily deals on pies and salad/subs or go all out and get one of those custom large thin crust pies. You can’t go wrong here.
