We are monitoring all local, state and federal regulations to provide customers with contactless ordering options. While some restaurants may have dining rooms open, others are serving customers through the Drive Thru, with Mobile Order & Pay on the McDonald’s App, and with McDelivery®. McDonald’s remains committed to following the data and science with safety as our top priority. In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

I’m there at least twice a week for breakfast. It’s going downhill. I waited in drive thru 15 minutes. Received a cold hash brown. Returned it. Then I open my sandwich and I see this mess! I asked for another and received darn near the same thing. Really??!!

I had to drop my rating because I was extremely disappointed with this McDonald’s yesterday. My daughter had surgery in Greenville the day before and she wanted a salad on the way home. She ordered a grilled bacon ranch salad without cheese because she can’t have anything fried or any cheese due to the type of surgery she had. We also ordered 2 large fries for her grandfather and me. And 2 large teas and a large half and half for her. We got cold fries, 1 ketchup, 2 napkins, hot tea(the ice was almost melted), and on top of all a salad with fried chicken on it, they had ran out of ranch salad dressing, she can’t eat the vinegar based dressings due to the surgery she had, 1 cherry tomato and barely any shredded carrot on it. All of this had not been realized until we had fought traffic in the heat, and gotten a couple of miles away from the store. The fries were in a closed bag so they would not get cold, the tea was in a cup of very little ice(and I was willing to deal with that), but her salad could not be eaten because it was so dry and she had to throw it away by the time we got home because she could not eat the fried chicken(the cashier confirmed 2x grilled) or the bone dry lettuce, spinach and kale. Waste of money and time. Thank you Mickey D’s! The window people do not pay for anything given out, if it’s hot out put enough ice so the tea won’t be hot, give more ketchup and napkins if you have 2 large orders of fries, and for God’s sake, check the salad to make sure it’s the right thing. Not all customers are local, but sometimes we are frequent fliers because we travel a lot and like to stop at familiar places and we would like to get what we order, in a timely manner. Sorry for the rant but I had to get this out there.

This location has a great sanitation score at 98 currently. The time of service in the drive thru is always pretty quick and they get the order right. The staff is usually always in a good mood and very friendly. I’ve rarely had a bad experience here.

I visit this location often and my fries always come hot and maybe twice I’ve been dissatisfied with my sandwich. Today and my last visit however there has been some confusion with what I order and what’s been put into the computer. It’s no biggie because I’ve learned to check the bag before pulling off, and they replaced the incorrect item and gave me fresh hot fries to replace the old ones.

Not the best MD by any stretch, but the staff do the best they can with what they have. Correct orders are spotty at best, but staff will quickly correct the order if you notice it. Always check your order before leaving the parking lot here..that’s an unfortunate fact. Likewise, the staff are friendly and seem cordial about fixing any issues with orders. Just remember it goes both ways, and people make mistakes. If your order is wrong, politely ask to have it corrected remembering that this is our only McDonald’s and these people are your neighbors….their kids go to school with your kids, so don’t be “that person” over some hash browns. Much needs to be done at the owner / upper managemen level: you get out of it what you put into it.

The worst experience ever! I never go to this mcdonalds but when I do I’m always cut off while ordering or the people are very rude. My drinks are never full, and this past time I had no patties on my buns x2. I called to complain and the manager acted like it was a normal thing, didn’t address the person being rude and stated that “things happen”. That I should just come back for new burgers and then hung up on me. Just rude and i will be telking everyone i know not to go there.

While the food is good and the speed always seems to be much faster than the one on Robyn Lane it amazes me they are always out of ice cream. Who knew McDonald’s was struggling that bad they have a hard time affording to keep their restaurants stocked with ice cream. My kids like grabbing McDonald’s every now and again just which this location would upgrade their building and interior…desperately needs it.

There is one good thing about this McDonald’s.. there is always some type of drama going on.
If it’s not the drug deals in the parking lot, it’s the employee that just passed out and is now sitting in one of the booths (alone) while waiting for EMS to arrive.
Nobody that works here seems to have any interest in working. They goof off, talk to each other and play around more than they interact with the customers.
There’s nothing like listening to the employees complain to each other about the amount of spoiled (incorrectly made or returned) food that is behind the counter.
Oh yeah, slow service too.
One star for the restaurant, 4.5 stars for the attitude and atmosphere, but only if you are into abuse.
I wish that I knew who the owner of this franchise is – if they know how bad this place is and have so little interest in customer service, I think they should lose the franchise.
I also wonder if McDonald’s corporate cares about the reputation of the chain.
I’m going to guess that nobody cares because it’s “only that one”.

If they didn’t forget something every time I come through the drive through. Then they look at me like it’s my problem when I mention it, I’d Give them 5 stars. Otherwise they are always friendly, until there’s a problem with my order, they can’t admit fault and don’t even apologies.

This McDonald’s is actually positioned INSIDE of & ADJACENT to a service station. The parking lot is a NIGHTMARE because of this alone; however, the fact that one must actually compete with cars & trucks at the pumps, filling up, in order to get into the drive-through lane compounds this nightmare into something out of a Wes Craven, or Rob Zombie film. We are a typical nuclear family of father, mother, two children – who are on the cusp of adulthood & in their late teens – and a grandmother, so typically our orders are somewhat sizable. This particular McDonald’s location NEVER gets our order correct. We’ve actually made it a habit to now pull into a parking space, after leaving the drive-through line, to double check three bags and make sure we’ve everything in them that was ordered. We actually live about 7 miles from this restaurant – and must cross a river to get there – so, as you can possibly imagine, arriving home on, no less than, 10 seperate occasions to discover that we were missing a sandwich, or fries, or salad, and sometimes even a complete meal, was more than slightly annoying; however, I WILL give them credit where it’s due & day this: we phoned them as soon as we arrived home & realized we were missing _______________ [<<
P.S.
As an addendum I feel that I should mention that when my youngest two children were one in diapers and one in Pull-Ups we were given FOOD POISONING by this McDonald’s location (US 70 E Hwy) when we ate their “Chicken Nuggets”.
