Poo or look of was smeared on the walls n floor… ….disgusting..and nothing of any sort to dry your hands after washing..
To fazolis defense..this was mentioned to an employee..if they took care of it..I wasn’t about to go back in..to check..no way..
Now getting to the service and food and cleanliness at the tables and seating…no dirty dishes or un cleaned tables..was all very nice..food was very good….I give it a very good rating..

Friendly staff and fast service! Our family loves the unlimited dinner rolls. They are always so good. The portions are good and the price isn’t too bad either. The baked fettuccine Alfredo is really good. The lasagna tastes a little better than a frozen lasagna.. we like bringing our mother-in-law out to dinner here. They also have senior meals but unfortunately there’s no actual menu to show you what they are.

We came in with a church group on sunday night. About 35 people and they were so pleasant and absolutely killed it on the service. Our food was hot, fresh, and right as ordered. Thank you for the amazing service.

If we lived in the area this would be one of our main spots. Workers were very nice and they had our food out super quickly. The portions are huge and tasted great!! The price was a great deal for the amount of food we received.

My wife and I have not been here in 10 years. Food used to be great. The ultimate sampler was a major disaster. The red sauce tasted as if it had freezer burn.
The Alfredo was delicious I must say.
Pizza slices tasted like reheated microwavable pizza.
For the price, it’s not worth it. We definitely will not be coming back in the future.

It has been ages since we went to a Fazoli’s. The food was hearty, good taste, hot, and at a great price for the amount of food we had. We will definitely be back 8f we are in the area again.

Kari was amazing. so friendly, patient, and she delivered great service!! we ordered the italian donuts, we were thinking to get the chocolate sauce with it, but she recommended the strawberry sauce and she was SOOOO right, the strawberry was the best!!! so very pleased with our experience here!!!

Best place to bring your Kids!! My two young boys get rewarded every Friday when they have a good week at school. Mom takes them to Dine in @ the Fazoli’s in Jenison. They LOVE IT!

Whoever owns this restaurant really need to do a renovation. From the leaking roof with a hole in it to the molding cabinet and windows that are dirty, this place looks unsanitary. The pop machine is broken and all of the pop was flat, I’ve tried everything that was available and none of the pop selections were good. Service is slow, but they are friendly.
