New owners and apparently, no meat and all bread on philly cheese steak. Had to petition for more fries just to get a full meal that wasn’t prepared for a child.

I have been going here for over 10 years the food and service use to be great but ever since covid the food and service has really went down hill. I tried to go back there the other day because I had a taste for vegetable BEEF soup and they claimed they had it. I drove 30 min one way to get the soup they claimed had beef in it and it didn’t have beef at all. I got home to find it beefless and the guy in the drive thru was pretty rude. The vegetable soup was less than impressive. I am officially done with this clock.

I went here before a vocal competition. This is the best food I’ve ever had.

Well to say I’ve been coming to this Clock’s for years, the other brother who was running this location was at times rude but he did give you , your money’s worth for food he prepared and it was good . Now his relatives have taken over, their rude and stingy with the food and the prices went up. Yesterday I bought wing plate($16.00)for the first time there, just to try them. I wasn’t told they were pre- buffalo seasoned, got them home couldn’t eat them. I call them to let them know and it was told to me the lady that placed my order was new and didn’t explain that , but too bad cause they don’t replace food, it’s policy. I thought loyal customers get treated better. They may have a lot of customers, but they just lost one

These people attitudes are so nonchalant, It doesn’t make any sense. I got a chicken Philly half-and-half got all the way home no onion rings on my plate. They said they didn’t charge me for them, so I had to pay oh that was a mistake. It wasn’t paying attention. French fries wasn’t done You would think they know me by now. I spoke with the manager, she was no help either. I’m done with this place. They so hateful and nasty in there. I give them zero stars.

New owners and I am so sad! I know the other owners needed a BIG BREAK but I can tell you the atmosphere is so dry. Attitude this morning was not good! One worker said, she was happy they were gone because they needed it but she was happy they was gone. They don’t serve breakfast sooooo, thanks Mr. Ray, Ma, and Tommie for some
Really good years of service and treating me like family. It’s time to move on!! God Bless y’all

The food excellent, cooked to perfection, and left me wanting another plate, it’s nice to have restaurants like this where the food make you feel at home and I order a gallon of lemonade at least once a month.

Hello, we were there today about 1:00. Pamella was our server and she did okay considering how busy she was. But, our meals were awful!!! We have eaten there in the past for breakfast several times and it was great. Today, my husband ordered the steak fingers with french fries and coleslaw. The steak fingers were poorly fried with a breading that appeared to obviously have been frozen on them. Not like your fresh chicken fried steak that is battered when ordered. I got the turkey and dressing with cranberry sauce, mac & cheese, and pinto beans. First of all the beans tasted like they had been dumped out of a can onto the plate. Not hot and devoid of any flavor. The mac & cheese was just an gooey gooey mess and also was not hot. The turkey and dressing, well let’s just say the cranberry sauce was the highlight of the meal. The dressing was drowned under the turkey and obviously not real gravy. This whole meal cost us Around $30.00! Pamellaa asked if we wanted to go boxes as it was obvious we hardly ate anything. She did not ask why we didn’t eat the food. These days it is more important than ever to spend our money for good food and good service. I would come back for breakfast, but that’s it. I’m an old Southerner and I know how our food should taste. I purposely did not order Okra because it is always frozen than fried and I can do that at home. Honestly, the pinto beans were the worst. I took two bites that’s all. I appreciate you taking the time to read this long email and I hope to hear from you.
Sincerely ,
Debra O’Brien
