Stopped by Penny Lane Coffeehouse North and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere is super welcoming and relaxed, making it a great place to grab a coffee, meet a friend, or get a little work done. The coffee was excellent, fresh, smooth, and clearly made with care.
The staff was friendly and quick, and the whole place just has a cool local vibe that makes you want to come back. If you’re looking for a great coffee spot in town, this place is definitely worth checking out.

Had never been here before nor been to the other location. Very happy got a couple breakfast sandwiches. Really liked the ham and egg sandwich. They have cool names for the items …you will have to drop in to see them. Don’t sleep on the hashbrown it had an almost smoked flavor that I really liked. Price was comparable to other breakfast places. I know at this point your asking yourself so this guy didn’t get coffee at a coffee place? Nope, had already had my limit of java but I will try them again and make sure I got space for the coffee. I will be adding this place to my regular stops for something quick on the drive thru.

Still can’t believe this was my first visit here. The coffee is great like their other location. The service here is outstanding. The store is kept very clean inside and out. This is a former Wendys location so it was amazing to see how they transformed the space into a cozy coffee house vibe. It is another great opportunity to patronize local business and get a high quality coffee with great service.

The staff at this location need a few lessons on customer service and hospitality. Place was empty, we waited several minutes to even be acknowledged, menu on the tv was broken, sign on the wall for drinks was outdated and no longer offered, charged for a latte vs drip coffee (did not even let her know bc it wasn’t worth the energy but she knew bc she asked after we paid if I wanted a latte or regular coffee, I said no, I wanted drip coffee & she smiled & walked away). Basically – just overall a bad experience for a place that appears to view itself as a staple-type establishment. Perhaps the other location downtown is better… not sure and do not care to explore.

Nice little hole-in-the-wall cafe. If you don’t know it’s there you may not notice it from the road. Relaxed atmosphere and a menu that has something for everyone. Voodoo Child coffee is really good

I stopped in to try this place for the first time. I tried their Instant Karma coffee. Be prepared to visit the throne room shortly thereafter. . The facility was nice. Prices were ok. They have a drive thru and seem popular. No issues on my end. Yhanks!
