I had an amazing experience at Panda Express! The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving. Deon was absolutely phenomenal — warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Her energy and customer service made my visit stand out, and she’s a big reason I look forward to coming back. She truly makes the whole place feel inviting!

This has happened a couple of times at this location. The food is average, but sometimes good, depends on how long they cook it. It’s mass produced, cheap chinese food, off of a highway exit. We pay a lot of money for this food. When you scoop the shrimp, don’t dump some back in the pan. Just let the customer win and get a good amount of food so they can actually be full. Jeeze. I counted six shrimp when I got home. Don’t be so stingy with your food, especially when it’s already on the spoon. That’s the difference between a good review and one pointing out your stinginess. We pay a lot of money for your average food. The shrimp has an upcharge as it is labeled premium. Give the customer something good to talk about, not something to complain about. Give them a good scoop of premium food. It makes me not want to go to that location anymore, and just take the time and go to a regular chinese food joint. I’m paying for mass produced fast food. Give me a lot. It’s what’s expected from the customer. Do better and just be regular, not stingy. Will recommend with skepticism, if anyone asks me about this place and will find another place to go to that I can give a good recommendation for. Sorry, I gave you multiple chances. Your stinginess is your downfall in this case. Another one bites the dust.

Loved it! First time eating at Panda Express actually. The orange chicken is excellent! It’s nothing like what you buy in the store in a frozen dinner or what I’ve had from other restaurants. Totally different flavor but it is great! Try it! I also loved the chow mein. They use a lot of vegetables in with it, big pieces, which I love. I also absolutely love the strawberry Fanta offered at the drink counter! Parking was easy.
The workers were very mature and polite compared to what you typically see in fast food. It seemed like they enjoyed working there and working together as well. The restaurant was spotless as far as I could see. The plastic forks they give you for takeout are quite strong, another important thing that is often overlooked.
My only thing – don’t assume you’ll like the Kung pow chicken just because you like spicy food. It’s not hot sauce hot, it’s something else, and there’s a bunch of peanuts in it lol. But otherwise, five stars!

Food was still good, but I was a little disappointed as a paying customer when I went in asking for what I wanted to eat. There was maybe a spoon full left of a type of chicken and I asked for it, but was told, “ sorry, we’re leaving that as an online only option right now and we’re not making any more of it tonight”. First off it was a spoon full left, I’m a paying customer asking for what I wanted, and it was 5pm when I went in and they don’t close until 10:30pm. I should be given what I asked for and i could see what was left of it.

My family and I stopped here a few nights ago after a late evening visit to the hospital. I was a bit hesitant to go in with only an hour before closing. But, we were immediately greeted by some friendly, smiling faces. As we asked about food items, they made 2 dishes fresh off the grill for us. All of the young ladies assisting us and cooking were completely positive and looked professional. The cashier went above and beyond, ensuring we got the best deal we could get on the order, but was also just pleasant to speak with. Within a few minutes of sitting down to eat, we were checked on. Good quality food. The facility itself was clean. Would definitely recommend this place over neighboring fast food that late in the evening, given better food selection as far as vegetables and non breaded meats.
Thanks to all the staff for the great service and experience!

Okay, yes, Panda Express is a fast food Chinese restaurant, so maybe you shouldn’t expect much. However, I am comparing this to other Panda Express restaurants that I have been to, and it was terrible both with quality and quantity. It has been some time since I’ve been to one, so maybe they’ve all gone downhill. Idk. The noodles were like something out of a top ramen packet, and the fire roasted chicken was little more than nuggets of breading, and the amount given was barely more than a tablespoon and mostly just pineapple. I took the chicken and the pineapple out and laid them side by side on the lid next to my fork so that you could get a good view of just how rediculous the portion was. The honey walnut shrimp was still tasty as I remembered it being, and the portion was good too, but that is probably because you have to pay extra for that entree. I would not recommend you go to this place until they improve.

The woman that was taking my order seem to be having a bad day and she wasn’t the nicest to me because I had never been here before. Anyways after I paid for my order and came home with my food it was anything but appetizing I threw half of it out. I had the orange chicken and it was so dry. There was hardly any sauce on it and the white rice was very dry as well and the cream cheese rangoons were way overcooked.

Visited this place after a four-hour drive and was surprised to find the kitchen already being cleaned with only an hour to closing. I expected the kitchen to serve until 15–30 minutes before close, but many items were unavailable and we were told to wait 20 minutes for what we wanted. To avoid waiting we had to compromise on our order, not a great experience after a long trip. If you want the full menu, arrive at least an hour before closing.

I’d recommend checking your container portions before leaving. I ordered a family meal, when I got home my wife noticed 2 chow mein, 1 orange chicken, and the honey walnut shrimp containers were only half full.

I walked in and everything was really clean, including the bathrooms! The employees working there were very friendly!
But unfortunately after taking nearly six minutes of waiting for my food at my table, the chow mein was good but a tad cold, and the orange chicken and the honey walnut shrimp almost tasted a tad undercooked.
It was during the dinner rush so I don’t know if they were rushing cooking the food for us or if it was just an accident, it didn’t taste horrible but it was a tad cold and it just seemed a little flimsy and undercooked tasting.
I am an avid Panda Express consumer, and this is the first time I’ve ever had a meal like this. So I would definitely chalk it up to it just being the restaurant or the day.
Panda express for life! 🙂
