As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Ordered a burger yesterday and got this thin disk topped with tomato and onion. Its supposed to be their champ burger. It had 3 small pieces of chopped lettuce, the burger was so thin you would think it was veggie and bread sandwich. Dont waste your money. We got the 2 for 6 the chicken sandwich as the same way. Not worth the money at all.

Im actually hurt by their treatment and by not putting all my food in the bag. Bc they didn’t give me a receipt and bc they also didn’t pick up their phone or at least have a way to leave a message to share my experience. I tried everything before leaving this review. Fast food brought me more exhaustion than just cooking for myself. Bring on the clankers.

I know its not the location fault but everything was extremely salty. The best thing I had was the funnel cake fries. Had the parm garlic loaded fries and it was just a sodium overload, I couldn’t even finish it. Also had the mother cruncher? Whatever sauce on it was salty as well.

Bad service I always ask for no pickles on my burger and bacon they give me a old burger and had my bacon on there and pickles that I didn’t ask for in a burger was old several times I had complaints from several times I had complaint about how my hamburger was served don’t even go there no more bad place bad customer service!!!!!!!!
