Excellent food. It was a long time before I was able to catch these guy both open, and not sold out of BBQ. I wasn’t sure what I wanted from their selection and so I just asked for $50 in meat. As it turns out, my favorites are the ribs and the wings. I pop in every Friday that I have the time to stop by for my next “bag of meat” from them.

We were in town from Southern Oregon and the BBQ lovers that we are had to try it. Very good. We got the ribs which were amazing! Potato salad which was good (I personally just dont like celery) but a great taste and then pulled pork not a lot of flavor by itself but great in the sauce!! The owners were great and very personable! What a great find. We almost went past it when we thought it was closed, maybe put some lights or something flashy on the outside but what a great find!!

Wow!!! I never thought that the best BBQ I’d find in Oregon would be at a food cart in St Helens, but there you go.
I’m from the South and have had (and love) all kinds of BBQ and these folks do it right!!!
I’ve loved everything I’ve ordered and I’ll keep going back.
I especially love the brisket sandwich – I like to add pickles and onions and have it with their “fire” sauce (it’s got a little bit of burn, but definitely not too hot). So delicious!!!

Tried the pitmaster plate with beans. The brisket and beans were good. The pulled pork was okay with Carolina sauce, I found the original sauce to be bland. The ribs were below average and the sausage was okay. I would order the brisket again, I asked for point cuts and they were fatty, moist, and full of flavor. The staff was friendly and the environment was clean.

If it was possible I’d give them 10 stars! Great customer service … willing to do whatever you like or need to make your meal what you like … amazing food, that is ALL made by them. Sauces and sides included, the only things I think are NOT made by them are the buns and the chips! I swore by the brisket until I tried the pulled pork! Give them a shot you won’t be disappointed!

I went for the first time the other day. The pulled pork and wings were excellent. Apparently go early if you want ribs. Check your bag. I didnt get BBQ sauce or ranch and didn’t realize it til I got home. Still, I will go back for excellent BBQ and just double check before leaving in the future.

Best pulled pork sandwich I have ever had! I’ve been here twice so far and am always blown away by how delicious it is, how reasonable the price is and how big the portions are! I would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for some amazing food! And the staff there are always so happy and friendly, it makes for a great all around experience!
