1st time here, greatest very welcoming. Found a spot at a both and as I glanced over the menu which they serve all day breakfast, good to know. I got a cheeseburger with mayo lettuce tomato and onions, the burger was cooked very well, not over or underdone. Was nice and juicy. Now, you just don’t get a side of fries, you get fresh cut fries which came out very hot to the touch, I noticed the cut was on the thick side. You don’t get fries any better than this. Now, the Texas weiners, now they looked like on the smaller side but packed a huge flavor with the mustard, onions, and their signature sauce. The sauce has a good seasoned taste, definitely worth stopping by. Until next review.

They say Scranton is full of hidden gems, and this place is one of them. There is an atmosphere here that is palpable, is great. Bobby was friendly and helpful and seemed to know where everything on my ate came from, and that was kind of great.
But the food…oh my dear lord the food. The West ender breakfast was one of the finest plates that had ever been set down in front of me. You could taste decades of care and skill and flavor in every single bite.
I’ll be back, and if you find yourself sitting at the Keystone Diner in this fascinating historic part of Scranton, you will too.

I ordered 2 keystone breakfasts. One with burnt onions on one order of homefries. I emphasized burnt onions about 4 times. I got raw onion. Also the container the extra bacon was in was melted and I couldnt eat it.

Either you like small breakfast diners or you don’t. It’s hard for me to give small diners a 5 star but there are definitely others in Scranton that I would give 2 stars. I guess you get used to a certain taste so maybe it’s just my opinion but I think Keystone is decent.

People need to come in here more and keep this gem going. A great local place with awesome food. There is a public parking lot right up the road on the same side if street parking is hard to find.

Tonight ordered online 10 weiners with some with no onion and some plain …..ordered 10 and other stuff….so I spent some change, over $70 order…NOT 1 of my weiners were right….not one and they were sloppy and looked as though they were just thrown together!! Does Noone take pride in their work anymore???
