I really don’t understand KFC. Every time I come, I have to wait at least 30 minutes for my food, even though it’s a fast food restaurant. Compared to other fried chicken restaurants, KFC is incredibly slow, even though it’s just fried chicken. Other restaurants are much faster. Both picking up orders and buying food here is so frustrating. There aren’t many customers, but it’s still slow. The good standards KFC used to have are gone.

The restaurant was clean and the food was decent; however, the service left much to be desired and wait was very long. We waited 90 minutes for 8 pieces of chicken, lol, that is definitely not fast food. This is the last time I will buy KFC. I will take my business to Popeye’s or Cane’s up the road. I highly discourage anyone from patronizing this restaurant, especially if you are in a hurry!

We ordered from this location for delivery. Typically, if I see if the business has delivery by DoorDash I steer away because we have had bad experiences, but #1) am pregnant and was craving a famous bowl and some biscuits and #2) didnt want to send my husband out of his way after working 13 hours today. We got an 8pc family meal with mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy, and biscuits, 3 famous bowl combos with drinks, a kids tender meal, and an extra 4pc biscuit. Our order got here at a decent time, but NO BISCUITS and 2 of 3 of our drinks were missing. I didnt want to deal with Doordash so I called the store directly. Mary really came through. She ended up bring our biscuits (+extra), our drinks, and even threw in a chocolate chip cake! Which is so generous. They normally do not make personal deliveries, but I appreciate Mary making our order right and throwing in a sweet treat. THANK YOU!

The service here is horrible. They don’t listen to your orders and try to sneak what they have. I specifically asked for extra crispy amd the types of chicken pieces I wanted and they upcharged me. And then purposely just gave me what they had regardless. I had to go in and the answer was we don’t have any. Then finally another worker checked for me and gave me two pieces and allowed me to keep the order they originally gave me. It still wasn’t what I wanted but they tried. Very rude. When I got home to eat it. The chicken was half cooked and the biscuit was half cooked also. Horrible service and food quality. Won’t be going back again.

It was late…8ish. Regardless the cashier/server was genuinely polite. They were out of a couple of items, so she offered to make up for it with other or additional items at no cost. I’m definitely a repeat customer.
And the food was great; tasty. Not dry or skimpy. And it’s in a nice neighborhood.

I don’t think we have ever gotten a complete order from this location. Something is always missing from a meal. The staff is always nice but it is very frustrating to get home and realize food that was paid for is missing. All take out orders need to be closely checked to verify everything is there.

I wanted to try their classic Chicken Sandwich. It was my first one after eating half of it. I realized something wasn’t right. Turns out, it was chicken strips when I called and asked the person that answered if they used chicken strips instead of the classic flay. She told me, yes, they do. If they don’t have any fillets well, I didn’t want chicken strips anyway. I definitely won’t order another one from here.

Went through the drive through to get a quick lunch. When I got home and was finishing up eating the mashed potatoes there was something at the bottom of the mashed potatoes. It was about two inches long and a grayish color, I’m thinking a thin piece of cardboard or something. So gross and how could someone miss seeing that when filling the container. Won’t be going back there again.

Came to pickup a to-go order. The staff was busy preparing orders so I was not greeted for maybe 3-5 minutes. I ended up waiting about 12 minutes for my order. I viewed another customer walk in and not get greeted for a while. But again, the staff was just very busy.
However, the manager sat at the very front table the entire time and said not one word to us, nor did anything to help except complain to the staff that there was people waiting. At one point the manager walked out to sit in her car, which happened to be parked in a pickup spot in front of the door. Then she went back to her spot at the table and scrolled through her phone. She never spoke to me or the other customer or actually tried to help us.
Her leadership is a joke. I dont fault the employees for being busy. I fault the manager for being lazy.
