The wings were super hard and they weren’t really good. I didn’t get what the food critics get when they do their YouTube reviews. The only thing that was good, was the onion rings. The fries were ok not crispy but decent. If Mama’s on Airways and Holmes or Don Don’s on Third St were open, I wouldn’t go to this place.Lesson learned.

I waited for 1 hour to get 2 of the 5 piece wing combos. Food was ok but service was trash. The customer service is horrible. I literally watched 10-15 people pull up and ordered they got food and left. I asked the lady at the front about how long she said I have about an 30 min wait on my orders I told her it’s been over 30min and she didn’t even respond. If you value customer service and good food please don’t visit this place. If the lobby looks like the pictures I added I wonder what the kitchen looks like. TRASH TRASH TRASH !

I attempted to place an order today, Friday, 9/6/24 @ 11:40am, and one of the rudest ladies was taking my order via phone. She first told me she could not hear me, so I called her back. She repeated the first order, but got frustrated with the second order, told me she did not feel good & told me to come in & place my order & she then hung up the phone in my face while I was taking. I could not go in & wait 25 minutes when I only have a 30 minute lunch break. Before she hung up, I told her she was about through with the order, but she had already hung up the phone. Piss-poor customer service! I know they are busy, esp. during lunch, but if you can not handle the rush you do not need to be taking lunch hour calls. However, I love Crumpy’s and their food, just NOT the “phone service” I received today from this one individual. I will NEVER go back to that location again! If workers do not feel good, then STAY HOME!
