I came in to pick up an order made from the app. I was given an offer because I’m always ordering from Bojangles. It was an offer for a chicken sandwich. I place an additional order for the fries. When I arrived they couldn’t find my order. I had to give them my order number. Asked if they had the peach sauce. I didn’t ask for it to be free, I was willing to pay for it. The manager was very rude. The young lady that waited on me, she was very apologetic for her manager’s behavior. I told the manager that y’all young people is so disrespectfu! The evening atmosphere is totally different from the mornings. I’ve come in on the morning shift. They are so professional, very nice. When I got home, the sandwich was hard and old. It wasn’t freshly made at all. I had to contact by email because the customer service for the franchise said that this location is no longer under them. Very sad! I have not heard back since I sent the message. If I could give 0 stars I would!

I came in this morning around 8:00 a.m. and heard a disturbance. Voices were raised, and inappropriate language was being used. From what I observed, a tall adult with red hair appeared to be speaking aggressively to someone who looked like a minor or young adult. The interaction felt hostile, so I chose to leave immediately. Additionally, my order was not taken for about 10 minutes before this occurred. This is not my first time visiting this location, which makes the experience even more disappointing. I hope management reflects on how they treat their young employees, as professionalism is essential for maintaining a successful business. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

The service is absolutely terrible and the food barely edible. I have unfortunately given too many chances because this is the closest location to me. I simply wish someone within management or the franchise owner would actually care about the quality of the product provided or the service tolerated, however, I believe even common decency for this place is long gone.

The service was fine. The food was hot but unfortunately the biscuit was a par baked biscuit. Half baked hours ago then finish baking when needed. I know all about this method. Not fresh. The bo rounds were nice and hot. Sitting in the dining area is not peaceful as you can hear all the loud employees in the back.

Both Card readers inside at front desk are broke, have been for a week, workers at front refusing to take my payment through the to go window card reader and said they are “busy.” Won’t get my business ever again and I’ll make sure to steer everyone to a different direction. Dear Bojangles, learn from Chik Fil A… y’all need it bad.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. 0 out of 10 and won’t be back. Only 1 card reader working in the whole place this morning and if you try to go inside to eat and have card. They will tell you to go through the drive through. In professional. Management should be embarassed

Would rate this location at a zero if I could. Orders are almost always incorrect. They take forever to get you the food. Avoid this one. Good example in this picture. The BBQ sandwich was almost all bread. No slaw on the sandwich as it was advertised. This happens way too often at this Bojangles location. If you are in West Columbia and craving Bojangles, make the extra trip to Sunset Blvd, Platt Springs, or Elmwood. This location cannot get out of its own way. Horrible.

Just came & got breakfast. Food was hot & fresh but what impressed me most was the staff. I can tell they are short-staffed but the speed quality of food was not affected. So much so that I asked the young lady at the register her name so I could give her a personal shout out. Thanks Tori you are doing an excellent job & probably deserve a raise.
