I was hesitant to order Panda Express after 9 PM, but I decided to give it a chance—unfortunately, I should’ve trusted my instincts.
First, let me say that my driver was absolutely wonderful—kind, professional, and prompt. However, the food was a complete letdown. I ordered the Super Greens, and the broccoli and cabbage were completely raw, as if they had never been cooked or even blanched. They were hard, crunchy, and completely unseasoned. I’ve had this dish before, so I know this isn’t how it’s supposed to be.
I also ordered the Black Pepper Beef, which was just okay but very skimpy on portions. The same went for the other two sides—it really felt like I was getting whatever was left at the end of the night. I was so disappointed that I ended up having to re-cook the Super Greens myself, but they still didn’t turn out right, and I just threw everything away.
As someone visiting from out of town without a car, I rely on restaurants to provide quality food through delivery. Unfortunately, this experience was beyond disappointing. I will never order from Panda Express on DoorDash again—especially from this location.

Perfect pit stop during a cross-country move! I grabbed dinner here before heading to a nearby hotel, and it was exactly what I needed after a long day of driving.
The restaurant was spotlessly clean, the service was fast and friendly, and the food had that great consistency you hope for from Panda Express. Reliable, fresh, and highly recommended for fellow travelers passing through Bossier City.

This location was the second worst location I’ve been to, the first being Monroe of course. Customer service was pitiful and they gave us enough food for a two year old. I always get the chow mein but this time it was overloaded with green beans which was a first for me it was awful I didn’t order green beans. Some people behind us was a different race and their plates/bowls were filled to the rim. What is really going on there? Smh!!!

Food taste exactly how it looks…bland and dry as hell. This is the second time I’ve come to this location and the food is disgusting. Y’all need to get it together. Make fresh food!!! No reason why I’m coming at 4 pm and the food taste like it’s been just sitting for hours…but i can see why it would be sitting for hours if people come on a regular basis and get this terrible tasting food. Love panda ♥️. The portion sizes seemed really small compared to other pandas . But the staff was kind and we’re efficient. The restaurant was a bit dirty. We had to clean our table off. But other than that I am sure we will be back.

If I could give zero stars I would and I don’t say that lightly. My daughter surprised us with carry out from here yesterday evening. It wasn’t particularly busy and I know why now, the food is without a doubt HORRIBLE. My daughter had the honey sesame breast with fried rice bowl and I had honey walnut shrimp with fried rice bowl. We both had sweet tea, which was OK. She had 4 pieces of chicken with hers and I had 5 pieces of shrimp and a TON of walnut pieces. We were both like meh, added some pepper etc no biggie. BUT when we tried the fried rice… THE RICE WAS UNDERCOOKED. I can deal with bland, as we were eating at home and I have an arsenal of spices and seasonings at my disposal, BUT UNDERCOOKED RICE at an ASIAN restaurant??? I was willing to drive to town and bring it back, but she didn’t want to make a fuss. If yall want want Asian, there are several options ranging from Chinese to Thai and Japanese. Do your research and choose one of them before wasting money here.

12-21-19 Lunchtime. First time at this location. Second time at a Panda Express. It took a while for me to be waited on. No one was in line but I guess everyone was busy doing something else. The lady at the counter was nice and helpful. The food was good and consistent with the other location I’ve been to. The location was clean. The bill was a bit on the pricey end but I guess worth it. I would return to this location. Overall good job.

This was first time eating here and will probably be the last the rice was definitely over cooked but proportions were good. The drive thru was extremely busy and the young lady taking my order rushed me through the process but its cool.

I can not rate the food because the lobby was closed @9:10 pm no sign on the door to notify people to use the drive thru (oh and there are people eating inside) got back to the car called and no one answered. side note I was not the only who went to the door as I was calling inside another couple pulled up ..do better people if its drive thru only post it DONT HAVE CYSTOMERS lingering

Just came here for lunch and I must say service was excellent! The store was really clean and the all female staff was very professional. It was slightly busy but they communicated effectively and worked as a team. The restroom was top notch in cleanliness which is always a plus and speaks volumes. Management and owners you are very blessed to have staffing to provide service like this. Good job!!!! Oh and by the way the food was flesh, hot and satisfying.
