The pizza was hard, the crust was different, it was very hard and we weren’t able to enjoy it. He remade the pizza for me but it was still not right. My family and I usually like this pizza hut the best but I’m not sure what is going on now. We tried to eat it but we just couldn’t do it. I’m not interested in eating here again. I was trying to talk to the manager that was on duty this morning about it and he said he didn’t know and then just walked away from me. I’m done spending my hard earned money for poor service! Let’s do better people and treat your customers with respect. Make sure the food and service you give is quality!!

There was a young man with a head wrap that had good service over the phone and in person. My only issue is that I ordered bone in wings and received boneless.

This little girl has the worst customer service, and history. Her attitude is always horrible. She doesn’t greet customers she doesn’t communicate it’s just terrible. It’s always a frown on her face.
It’s not all her fault though, because she really does need some help in there is only her at the front counter….

The food was good, and freshly made to order. I think for the extra marinare sauce for about 70 something cents is too expensive for the little serving that they give you. And although the girl that was waiting on me almost forgot to put my extra sauce in my bag that I paid for, her service was pretty good. The P’Zone, and the Hersey Triple Chocolate Brownie was pretty good. I was surprised that the browine was not cut up for me. I don’t know if they do that or not, but it would have been nice. So when I got it home, I cut it up myself into 9 squares.
The lobby is very weird. It almost feels like a abandoned warehouse or something. There are no tables or anything for you to dine in. I used to like it back in the days when they had tables inside for you to sit down and enjoy your food. I remember back then you could play music on the jukebox. They do have a parking lot, but no drive-thru. But over all for the most part, good job!

Order shows up 30 minutes late. Met doordasher at the curb, 4 people and a dog in delivery car. Atleast 2 people smoking. $40 order straight in trash. Avoid this place!

I placed my order online and I meant to make it delivery, but instead it was carry out, I had no way of correcting that order online. I even tried calling their number multiple times, and nobody answered. So I had to make the trip out to that location. I have no car so I had to spend extra money to take a lift. When I got there, the place looked like it was understaffed, the place looked very unmanaged and dirty, and the people there had dirty uniforms on. But the girl that served me she had a really good attitude and my food looks good. I just think that the management or the owner of that specific store could do better at maintaining the presence of that building.

Does anyone ever get the basil they asked for on their pizza? I’ve ordered basil/pesto sauce on my pizza probably 5 times from here and it never comes on the pizza bro. Otherwise pizza good, workers professional and good etc.
