Today, the Krystal burgers I had were fresh and great!!! I very rarely eat fast food but had a crave today. Wish I didn’t eat it because now I’m wanting more.

I hadn’t had Krystal in 25 years, but since I was in the area and had the munchies, I figured, why not give it a try? It really hit the spot. I was pleasantly surprised—I don’t honestly remember the taste from 25 years ago, but this is a solid product. I got the 3 Bacon & Cheese Krystals Combo meal. I’m a fan.

Worst visit ever!!! Went through the drive through at 2:54pm with no other cars in front of me. My wife and I ordered two #3 3* double Krystal combo. We was then told to pull forward because they are making “fresh” Krystals. While sitting in front of the store for 15 mins we witness 3 people go through drive through and left with food. After 18 mins I walked into the store where a young lady sitting down in the lobby on her phone great me after I walked up to the counter. She said that they was finishing up my food. I saw her then move our tater tots from one old (w/grease stain) bag to a new bag to then put it under a heating light after it been obviously sitting for some time. About 5 mins later my burgers were placed out by the cook who was out of uniform in dirty street clothes. In a playing manner she say the cook is new and messed up. When I checked my food:our tater tots were cold, Krystals were poorly put together, and had 2 to 3 slices of cheese stuck together in between patties on all 6 Krystals. The cheese was cold as well and not warm or melted. However the usual standard is for Krystals. I asked for the manager and a lady who was not the manger had to call the manger on the phone to get help on getting receipts and refund. When I asked how after waiting all this time a poor quality Krystals can make it out the kitchen. She had nothing to say but my refund would be back on my card by end of the day. She said there was no way to print my receipt because they just throw it away. Over all no leadership, professionalism, integrity, and standards usually decide by the Krystals brand. Cold food and bad habits will lead this store to the ground or lawsuit which evercomes first. For $30 I will expect my food to be fresh and up to expectations set by Krystals. My family friends and my self will NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION!

My family and I have been sick since we ate from this location tonight. As soon as we got done eating our stomachs started to bubble and next thing you know all 3 of us are so sick. My 13 yr old son who is disabled and has special needs is really bad off. I will never ever eat from here again. The staff is nice but something was wrong with the food.
