This place has charming decor, a good atmosphere and food, but what truly stands out is the service. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient, making the experience even better
One area for improvement would be the tortillas; my tacos were made with what tasted like packaged tortillas. Using handmade ones would add a noticeable touch of flavor and authenticity.
Lastly, it’s worth mentioning that the place is wheelchair accessible, which is a big plus

My 3rd visit with mom and niece. Mom drank a Jamaica agua fresca its way better then their horchata. The food is deliciously great . I had the postones w. Mayo/ ketchup as appetizer and must get is the birria tacos platter or the quesadilla birria if sharing. I also had their churros and cheesecake, pick the churros or opt for the tres leche cake.

1st sit down visit for lunch; had previously ordered takeout for my daughter. El Guajillo was very busy yesterday for Lunch and that would explain the 3 stars for service. Once the server came, we ordered and the chips and sauces came. The order arrived within 15-20 minutes. It was not as hot as I would have preferred, but it was good. I would definitely come back. Just before we finished, a singer named Inocencio came and sang 3 songs, no guitar, a ipad with speakers. That gave the atmosphere a 5. When you arrive, if seats are available, sit down. A server will come to the table. If you want takeout, come to the front and place your order; or call ahead. I ordered the Flan, which was ok; too dense for my taste. The chips and salsa were also just ok; the chips were heavy/thick. The green sauce was delicious; the red spicy.

I’ve been ordering out for nearly 3 years now but I finally was able to sit down for a nice dinner. My lady and I came here for a nice dinner out & we got exactly that. The rice is incredible here, I can never have enough of it. I love the steak tacos & my lady loved the steak fajitas. I highly recommend the birria tacos as well. The restaurant is very cozy & service was quick especially considering we arrived on a Saturday evening. I will proudly say best Mexican cuisine in Hamilton.

We had a great meal here! The food is truly authentic and full of flavor. Staff were kind, fast, and made us feel welcome. we tried Veg Tacos , Burrito bowl, hibiscus drink , , all were fresh and delicious. Prices were reasonable . If you’re in New Hope, definitely check this place out.

One of the best Hispanic restaurants in Hamilton. The food is spectacular and so well made.

Frequent this location enough to know the true potential. But I have to state how it’s going in the wrong direction. A location that used to be attentive without bias has now displayed negative within both. No way you walk in ungreeted, then brushed off without even looking; “its coming out”! Leading to 2 people coming AFTER YOU and being greeted&inquired about order properly, one being a doordash driver! Lol Unreal, but very real! The food is the food, the service is going in the wrong direction!

Beautiful restaurant. Amazing service. Ambiance. But… THE FOOD!!!! Best I’ve had outside of California. You have to go and try anything. Not a bad dish! Prices were decent too!
