Restaurant stays busy in the morning like most waffle houses – created upon walking in. Table was cleaned for me quickly.

Attempted to eat breakfast with my two kids today, can’t speak to the quality of food because we never so much as got a hello from the staff let alone service. We watched as the man who walked in behind us, promptly received a greet and menu from one of the waitresses. Mind you, we sat at the bar so she had to walk right by us and said nothing one word to us. She walked past us several more times and took the man’s order. Another waitress in the kitchen walked by us several times and never said a word. By the time we had been there for 5 minutes, two more gentlemen walked in. I watched as the second waitress stood directly in front of us to grab silverware, thinking we were finally getting service, only to watch her walk straight over to the new customers and serve them. Those men were there all of 30 seconds before receiving service. At that point I told my children to get up because we were going to sit here and be ignored. As we walked out the door, still not one employee had said a single word to us the entire time we were there. Having been in the restaurant business for 20 years, I excuse a lot and give workers the benefit of the doubt 100% of the time. But being completely ignored despite being within 5ft of several employees and the fact that there was probably a total of 6 customers in the whole place is something I won’t ignore. Completely rude and they won’t be seeing any more dollars from me.

Went today with my family, the server I had was super helpful and attentive. I didn’t catch her name but she had pony tail with long brown hair. While our food was cooking there was two servers that had some type of disagreement or something but they were arguing on the floor saying things that should have been said some where else. I have kids and they don’t need to go ANY place that has employees arguing, bullying, saying inappropriate things back and forth. The taller server was mad about where the bags were sitting when the other girl had I’m assuming to go orders on the counter. The taller girl kept saying things to her and the other older girl with a black head band on was saying they needed to be adults and talk in that but the taller one seemed to just want to keep saying things to her and put her down as a server when she was looking like she was doing the best she could. I’m tempted to go back and get the taller girls name. I know it started with a j. But I don’t know the whole name. She had brown/copper color hair not wearing a hat. But it would be nice to go in that place with out seeing all that aggressiveness. Because our food is always perfect most of the time the service is great. But I’ve never been served by that girl before. And I don’t want to list everyone’s name on here that I know. But please talk to your staff and put an end to that. It’s completely inappropriate for a server to degrade or talk to someone like that when there is a restaurant full of families in there.

Always my favorite place to eat! I eat here regularly and all the staff is very nice to me now because I go in there all the time as they have a lot of regulars due to the awesome staff. Food has been great and always cooked fine as long as the cook named Rick ISN’T there. Everytime he cooked i got sick but it seems they fired him so good job Gautier waffle house. Thank you for always being kind when I walk in no matter how bad of a day I have y’all cheer it up pretty quick with a small conversation and the caring nature of most of the staff.

I visit a lot of waffle houses but this one is definitely the worst one the servers ignore you they don’t check up on you they don’t say have a nice day. They don’t put enough ice in sweet tea, they don’t want to ring you up at the end. Nope, won’t visit this one again

Food was delicious. Had the patty melt and hash browns. Was served by a server named “Miracle”. Anyways, very friendly environment although Sonic food store kind of parked its business right next to the Waffle House. Way too close! Took a while to get seated, only because it was pretty busy. Wish they had a little bigger of a floor plan for customer seating.

We went to breakfast at the Restruant in Gautier, MS. As usual, we used Google maps to find it. It was easy access from the highway and a short distance from the interstate. Although the parking lot was almost full when we got there we were able get parked close to the door. The Restruant was very busy when we went in. There were two parties ahead of us, but it only took us ten minutes to get a table. The orders were ready in about ten minutes. Two of our party had the full breakfast with bacon, waffles, sausage, eggs, etc. My wife had a smaller version of the full breakfast and I had the hashbrowns bowl with shredded steak. Kendle was our server. She was very pleasant and efficient. The food was delicious and there wasn’t much left between the four of us. While eating we watched the grill crew work. No wasted motion, very vocal. At the peak of the breakfast rush the store manager jumped in and ran that crew like clockwork. Very impressive to watch. We’ll probably be back if we’re in the area.

Friendly staff and a great breakfast. Waffle house is always one of those places you can depend on to be consistent and get a good old-fashioned bacon-and-eggs kind of breakfast. This location was clean, well staffed and overall good service. I’ll be back.
