Very unclean ,the health department should be notified and inspect this place and force them to clean
Went here for dinner for the first time
The lady was watching people at the buffet to intimidate them to not take to much food.
I attempted to pay for my food before making a to go box the asian man and woman told me wait to pay incase i put to much in my box, so they can charge me more money ,it was a huge turn off so i left ill never eat at this place
Panda express is cheaper price and clean,
everyone should eat at panda express instead and put this restaurant out of business ,

Over the years, the price has gone up while the food has less and less quality and freshness. The price for takeout, off the barely clean buffet, is 13.99, but somehow, my total was $ 15.97, I was given no receipt. In the past, when I’ve ordered off the menu, for to go in hopes, things would be fresher. I would spend upwards of $50, and the foam containers would be melted from the oil/heat, but the pieces of food wouldn’t be cooked all the way. Like the sweet and sour chicken would be doughy. The rice always looks like it’s been reheated 3 times. Just go over the bridge and go somewhere better.

So we stopped at the Super China Buffet in Port Allen for lunch today. After eating Caleb got a desert and after eating half of it he discovered green mold! I asked to speak to a manager or boss and was told neither was there nor did she know when they would be there. Then I asked for the phone number but she didn’t know that either. She kept telling us it’s not their fault due to its ordered from a vendor. Didn’t seem to care either until we announced it to the restaurant. So Jimmy grabbed the cake in a napkin to take with us while she proceeded to say we cant take their food!! Seriously!

You know when you come between lunch and dinner most buffets are not well kept. This one is not normal, everything is fresh.
Their recipes are a little different, which means they must make some of their sauces.
However, the one thing they do better than any buffet in a long time is the hot and sour soup… My favorite, and this one is probably the best tasting for 3 states.

Yesterday, I went with my mom to eat at this restaurant to try the fried fish and Singapore chicken. Both of the food items were really good and really fresh. Additionally, the service of the restaurant was excellent and the price for the food wasn’t really high. I would definitely come back again to eat at this restaurant in the future.

The egg rolls tasted like they had been frozen too long (they tasted pretty bad). The sweet and sour sauce had a funky flavor to it. A couple of the main dishes were good. Everything tasted like it came out of a box that was frozen. Nothing was fresh.

Food used to be alot better here. Since covid it has really went downhill. They are still using paper, plastic everything. Really annoying. They have a bar that is still out and it had my favorites on it! Get it back! Other then that the service is always nice. Could go for a little more cleaning especially in tbe bathrooms. But other then this. It isn’t that expensive and the food they do have out is good. I still recommend. But yeah hope yall get the 3rd bar back soon and go back to using regular plates again! I will even come back and change/update my review!
