To bad zero isn’t an option Ordered $50 worth of food. 1 supreme pizza, bread sticks and cinnamon rolls. NO WHERE on their website does it state they use DoorDash as a delivery service. I found out once I got a text. I do not use DoorDash and it’s a joke because by the time they get to you after picking up who knows how many orders and delivers cold food. Which our food was cold and tasted absolutely disgusting. I asked for light sauce and it was covered in it. The toppings were a joke and was just like a little sprinkle on there of everything. On top of the fact when it got to us it looked like it was at least two different pizzas put together. I will never be ordering from Pizza Hut. So sad how a child hood memory has turn into such trash. I could order Little Caesar and have better food for 1/2 the price. What a joke this place has become.

Ive never been a fan of pizza hut, first time eating there in about 5 years And for some reason decided to give it a try, I got a personal meat lover pizza, and bacon cheddar sticks. They were both fantastic. The woman working behind the counter was also working kitchen by herself as there were no other workers. But seemed very calm and organized. Completed 2 or 3 orders before taking mine (fantastic multitasking), very clean, and when i got my food it was fast and packaged tidy. Overall I’m extremely satisfied and look forward to it again!!

My wife & I have been ordering from the Pizza Hut in Commerce Twp MI. for years. Miss Carlee(?) the manager there, always remembers our goto preferences, for one we love Extra Sauce, and like always, Miss Carlee remembers. Too many pizza places think sauce is barely an afterthought. Also, Miss Carlee helps me out with best specials that the store is offering. As I am an older gentleman, often the technology is made to be confusing and difficult. Miss Carlee, goes the extra step! If i can get Miss Carlee to take our order over the phone, i’m always guaranteed excellent prime service! … I am Really not a fan of the Corporate Pizza Hut Call Center, anytime i call to place an order, I must ask to talk to the Pizza Hut i’m trying to call. And lately the Pizza Hut Online App is a pain in butt to use.

They put Angela on my order but my name is Andrea. When I paid they said it wld only be a couple more minutes. I sat there waiting for 20 minutes until I got frustrated and was able to get the attention of an employee to ask about my order. She looked and said she asked if there was an Angela here, I said my name is Andrea that’s why I didn’t answer. Then I get in my car and look at my order of a large stuffed crust meat lovers pizza & 2 orders of garlic cheese bread, that’s 8 slices. 4 of the slices were overcooked. This was the very 1st visit to this location, I won’t be back. I will go back to the Novi store where I usually go. I was in Walled Lake doing an errand and the Commerce store was closer.

Two tries and both times there were hardly any toppings 1-2 pepperoni per slice and a couple green peppers and sausage hunks sprinkled about . We ordered light sauce and it was oozing out and well done and center was still doughy. 0 stars if I could! Do not recommend

They served it very quickly using mobile ordering. It’s convenient to be able to create your own toppings to suit your tastes, but the dough was a little overcooked and hard for me.

I rarely eat Pizza Hut, whether it’s for lunch or dinner. The lunch special me and my brother gotten on Thursday is very decent, and the female employee is very helpful as well. I’ll probably be getting the lunch special again sometime…
