I placed a mobile order at 6:15 on 1/24/26. I parked at a stall and put the stall number on the app. All I ordered was a medium drink and no other cars were there. There was a black and a white guy working. They kept looking outside but not coming out. I sat for at least 15 minutes before I got fed up and went to the drive thru. When I got to the drive thru the white guy was sitting down doing nothing and the black guy was just standing around. When I asked for my drink the black guy gave it to me so fast. My drink had been sitting there the whole time getting watered down. So pretty much they never planned on coming out to give me my drink and I sat there for nothing.

These smashers tasted like someone at a Krystal tried to make a steamed grilled cheese, somehow they were soggy and burnt. Employees were nice and the drinks were fine but the burgers were basically inedible and I really tried.

The absolute worse place I’ve ever been to! The “manager” was very rude! They messed up the burger I ordered and took the burger back in to remake it and the manager comes back out and hands me the same burger and says they went against company policy taking the burger back in the store! I asked for my burger to be fixed the right way bc I had already paid for it! The next burger they bring out was drenched in ketchup and mustard and didn’t even have the things I asked for on it! When we asked for a refund they hung up the speaker and locked all the doors as if we had threatened them or got out of the vehicle, which we didn’t!!!! It’s all on video! The ocean water taste like beer! We had 5kids we are feeding and we were not letting them eat the food nor drink those drinks!! The name on our receipt is McKenna! The first time we called they said they didn’t know the gm nor the number to the district office and hung the phone up! This is ridiculous and very unprofessional!!! Whoever the manager is there needs to be fired!!!

I ordered a double cheeseburger deluxe with grilled onions, mustard,relish and tomato. I received a burger whose meat tasted and looked more like my dogs food in a patty and tasted just as bad. No grilled onions, smothered in mayo and lettuce. It tasted so bad it went in the trash. The FF were soaked in grease and the root beer tasted watered down.

Great service and great food! The smasher is such an awesome addition, and the crinkle fries are perfectly crisp! Sonic always had the best drinks and lackluster food, but that’s no longer the case.

Didn’t have to wait long but I’m assuming it’s because they just throw whatever in a cup and give it to you. Asked for a lemon berry slush, it’s suppose to be red…. It’s Orange.. taste terrible. Asked for a coke because I wasn’t happy. The coke was terrible. Tasted watered down. Please get some help and make stuff correctly.

The last three times we’ve come here, the service has been slow, orders have been messed up, and we’ve not gotten everything we ordered. Tonight, they gave us the wrong milkshake, my fries were rock hard, no mustard on a burger, and completely forgot my drink. Obviously, they’re having problems keeping good employees, so this is likely a management problem. Perhaps the regional manager needs to find better management. $25 for two burgers and a milkshake is already a lot of money to spend and still have orders messed up and food missing. We won’t be coming back.

This is probably one of the worst Sonic’s I’ve been to. We waited 20 minutes for some food that I know for a fact only takes like less than 5 minutes to prepare and they had a cook and someone taking orders. I didn’t really see what the issue was…. I used to work for sonic and only had two people one day and it went ten times faster than the service we got tonight. The guy at the window also loaded up my cherry coke with ice and also used slush syrup instead of cherry syrup from the fountain so it didn’t taste the same. Please just close this location down if you can’t keep enough employees. And might I add, this was my boyfriends food that took so long for these incompetent employees to make.

When you ask for NO TOMATO on your burgers, that means NO TOMATO. When you order cheese sticks and you don’t get the marinara sauce, but you get tons of ketchup, there’s a problem!!! Red Bank on Dayton Blvd (the worst one) and Hixson Pike near Dupont Pkwy needs to learn to read tickets better. When that takes place, I’ll change my review. I stopped tonight to pick up my online order. I was the only customer on the premises. My order consisted of 2 Sonic Cheeseburgers, which were to have no tomato and 2 regular Sonic Cheeseburgers (only ONE burger had NO TOMATO), I received a free small cheese sticks for my birthday, and I ordered 1 medium cheese sticks. No marinara sauce but a handful of ketchup. I was too generous on my tip for this kind of service.
