Tried Abiko Curry in Palisades Park and was pleasantly surprised.
The Mushroom Cream Curry Pasta was really good — the mix of cream and curry worked better than I expected. Rich but not overwhelming.
The fried chicken rice bowl was the standout for me. Crispy chicken, savory sauce, and soft rice that almost had a sushi rice texture. Super satisfying without feeling greasy.
Beef curry rice was hearty with a thick, flavorful curry. We also ordered takoyaki and crab cream croquettes — both solid, especially the croquettes with the creamy filling.
Portions are fair, prices are reasonable, and you can choose your spice level for the curry. Bright, spacious dining area too.

Abiko Curry really surprised me in the best way. Everything came out hot, crispy, and super satisfying, especially the fried items. The Japanese curry is classic and comforting, and it works with pretty much anything on the menu. I love how customizable it is, you can add whatever you want and build your own perfect bowl. I ordered the curry udon with melting cheese and a raw egg yolk, plus fried chicken and shrimp, and it was insanely good. The rose tteokbokki was also a standout, with chewy rice cakes, meaty sausage, and tons of gooey cheese. Big portions, great value, and an easy place to leave full and happy.

It was delicious. The curry was nice creamy and smooth the pork cutlet, nice and crispy and the Staff were excellent. Come get some of the best curry in the area! My wife got the Donburi And she said it was some of the best she ever had.

I just found rotten cabbage from their ttoekbokki. No wonder why my stomach hurt immediately I had food from here.
I went to the store after I got a message that my food was ready. There was no customer that the owner was serving at the moment(it was not busy I meant), but she was on the phone.
No hi, no how can I help you, no hold on, no nothing!!
She just looked at me for a while, and finally walked up to me to say hold on.
Long story short – she brought food and didn’t say thank you for waiting or so.
What kind of food service is that?
Also, their fried set was NOT GOOD AT ALL. Waste of money! DO NOT EAT at this disgusting place!

The curry house comes with a parking lot in the back. It’s nice inside, but they kept all the unnecessary stuff in the dining area. Things are getting old here. Services were good. The curry was delicious here and we always added chicken cutlets to our order. Level 3 spicy level is super hot already, be alerted!

Ordered the Curry Rice and Curry Noodle. Love the food, have been ordering for years. However, recently my last 2 orders, they forget the add on meats. I dont get the fried shrimp ($5.99) or the Yupgi Dog ($5.99) and I order direct from the restaurant instead of UberEats or DoorDash. So the only way to get a refund is to call, and they say they will give it in 2-3 days but have no way to confirm they are refunding my account or card on file. So I guess we will see.
