We experienced extremely poor service for our large group of 24. Although we had a reservation, we were seated at a table that could only accommodate 18 people. When we requested an additional table, our request was denied. We were informed that the table was designed to seat 24 people. Additionally, there was a $10 cover charge for brunch, plus an 18% mandatory gratuity. While we do not mind paying a tip, gratuity is typically for service. Unfortunately, it has taken 36 minutes for our drinks to be served, and our food order has yet to be taken. 90 min into service and we are still waiting for a burger. They have apparently forgot about are food. I also ordered the biscuits and gravy. The gravy has completely separated and tastes like straight oil. The bottom of the biscuit is just saturated in oil. The poor service and food is disappointing, especially considering that our large group reservation was accepted and the cover charge was collected. The only service we received was the acceptance of our reservation and the collection of the cover charge. I will say are server was very kind and attentive as she could be. This was a large group for only one server. I blame the establishment for the poor service and food, not are server.

This place is great. I remember when this was an antique shop so, everything is nice the ambience and the entire place. Service can be improved however, I came for the 2000s brunch event. It went great. We asked for A v.i.p table and we received it the waitresses were on top of everything asking if we need ice or juice to be replenished. I would highly recommend coming back. The upstairs restroom is limited to one door. But the middle floor has multiple areas for restroom. Only down fall is toilet paper and floors in the restroom being slippery due to the humidity of the bar itself.

1st time here and I was blown away! The food and drinks were amazing and our server Gonzalo made the experience so much better! Gonzalo made sure our drinks never ran out and made sure our food was to our liking! I will most definitely be coming back and bringing my friends and family!

My wife and I have often go to the bar downstairs and decided to try out the restaurant for lunch. I’m glad we did. Excellent burgers, great vibe, and solid service. Seems like it would be a great place to catch a game, and the patio seating is dope, too!

Sat 12/14/14 I was there for an EDM party, had a great time. Finding stairs to the 4th floor was a little tricky (I just had to pass thru the basement bar/lounge to find the other staircase).

The food is excellent and the beer choices are great. Definitely get the Pomona Fries for the table to share.
