We opted for crubside delivery.. we waited for 30 minutes for our food to be brought out.. we parked in the back.. when we finally went in there, there were no customers food was waiting, getting cold.. I asked them why it wasn’t brought out.. she said “we normally do curbside delivery in the front.” And they also got our order wrong.. doesn’t make sense..

I had heard stories that the owner (Mark I believe) had mistreated his employees. I didn’t believe it until I saw it with my own eyes. I refuse to support any business that speaks poorly to its staff in front of customers, or has rumors circulating about their mistreatment. I’ll be choosing Starbucks any day over supporting the franchise in this area. Do not recommend this place.

I placed a mobile order, and when I arrived my coffee was ready but someone had taken the sandwich I ordered. The staff was so nice, they immediately made me a replacement. I go often, and the women asked about my family. I love going to my Dunkin!

Cashier took my order of one coffee. I was the only person in the store. She continued to focus on phone orders and completely forgot about my order. After about 5 minutes she asked me if I was all set! She forgot my order and even forgot I was in the place! I will not return. Dunkin coffee is really bad. Wake up America.

Very small space. Evening shift staff are rude. I asked them to check the balance on my gift card and they said “call the number.” I can’t be too picky, because it was 8:00pm, but their stoves aren’t on”
They never have bread, I’ve asked for it for the past month and they’ve never had it, however, it’s still on the menu.

Today I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts by my house at around 4:30ish or 5pm, & I just gotta say… whoever the employee was that served me was fantastic (didn’t notice if they had a name tag or not). Great service, and great coffee (I don’t usually come to Dunkin’). Whoever you are, I hope you see this 🙂 Thanks!

The system went down after our otder was placed. The person working the window repeatedly insisted on alternate forms of payment only to realize that they could only accept cash. 10 mins later and the manager asked us to come back and pay tomorrow i explained we live in another state and that would not be possible. No resolution was found and they threw our order in the trash. Insanity.

Umm…at 3:25 pm.on a Friday not much of a selection of donuts….and not fresh either..thus location seems to have gone a bit downhill ….it was owned( franchised) by same guy as the one next to Burlington Coats on Barnum Ave a mile away and it was always as busy but the offerings ☹️
