This Opelousas gem is amazing! Clients recommended it and the experience was certainly beyond my expectations! The food was fantastic, delicious, and made with love! I ordered the Lafayette with blackened redfish topped with shrimp and cheese and a side of garlic spinach. My appetizer was a cup of the best seafood gumbo I’ve ever had! It was perfect with just the right amount of heat. Dessert was the Apple pie egg rolls à la mode garnished with caramel. As I stated, the food was fantastic, but the friendly and attentive staff ( Sierra is a superstar!) makes me want to spend every day here! Thank you for a wonderful dining experience! Highly recommend this fine restaurant in Opelousas!

Both times I’ve been here, the service is great, the food is amazing and it’s a nice calm atmosphere! I love the “Lafayette” dish but their “Oppolusas” is also good! The fish, shrimp and vegetables are cooked perfectly. The sauces are unbeatable. And the cheesecake is pretty darn good too!

In town for work and a group of 4 of us stopped in for dinner. Wasn’t terribly busy, potentially short staffed. Took an hour to get fried green tomatoes and alligator, another 30 minutes to get our meals. Staff was very friendly and doing their best. I rate places on food, not how long it takes to get me the food and that’s why they’ll get 5 stars. Everything we had was great. I ordered the Étouffée and it was some of the best I’ve ever had. Definitely had the most crawfish I’ve ever seen in the dish.

Nice atmosphere, great service & the food was EXCELLENT! Can’t believe we just discovered this place. Will definitely be back next time we are in town. We couldn’t decide between the cheesecake or bread pudding for dessert so we got both. Great choice because it was both the best we have ever had. I would highly recommend this place

Great place to eat. Isabella and other servers are wonderful with a smile. Food is awesome. We had Alligator poboy with fries. Crawfish and corn bisque. Tenders and fries. And a 8 oz steak. All was delicious .
