Food tastes pretty good. Orders a usually made correctly in my experiences. That being saint in past 2-3 weeks, I usually go 2-3times a week. My food presentation has been disappointing. Cinnabon delights used to look just like the pictures. Here recently they are just donut holes. 1 time had no cinnamon and sugar on it at all another had barely any. And my soft tacos had all the toppings only at one end. And they arrears wrapped by someone with anger issues as when I took them out of the bag, instead of being folded, the were smash wrapped more like a burrito topping were squeezed out the inside from being rolled/wrapped instead of folded. As a more than 13 year former employee of Taco Bell, this is an educational opportunity. There is another taco bell in town but this location is closer for my lunch breaks but if this continues, it might be worth checking out the other location.

Genuinely one of the most frustrating fast-food experiences I’ve had. Our drink sizes were wrong, and when I went back in to get utensils, which our food required, I stood at the counter being stared at for a full minute or two before anyone spoke to me.
When I finally asked for utensils, I was told they were “out of forks and spoons,” but had knives. No explanation. No apology. No attempt to solve the problem.
If you’re serving food that requires utensils, being completely out of them isn’t a minor issue, and neither is ignoring customers standing at the counter. This wasn’t busy chaos; it was a total lack of basic awareness and problem-solving.
I don’t expect luxury service from fast food, especially some Taco Bell, but I do expect basic competence and the ability to anticipate obvious needs. This was neither.

It’s a Taco Bell. We all know what they have. This one is clean and the wait was reasonable. Staff member who I interacted with was friendly. Food was as expected. Overall I’m satisfied, although I feel like the price for rehydrated beans in a tortilla,while less expensive than other restaurants, is not reasonable for what I get. (This complaint about the price of a bean burrito is with the company, not this specific store.)

I will never be coming back to this taco bell ever again. I should be able to select multiple issues. The food took forever the staff was lethargic and I had to wait to have my order taken at the speaker. And I never received a receipt, i had to go back and wait again through that long line just to get it.Because the lobby was “closed due to short staffed”. Thirty minutes is not fast food. Do better.

I don’t know why I expected anything better but it says on the door they close at 1 AM and online it says they close at 2 AM and it was just 38 minutes after midnight and they said they’re closed and she was very hateful about it !!!!Karicya G cashier was very good went completely out of her way for us we will definitely be back!!!food was good and very clean !!! this was then now I have to say a few times now my food hasn’t been as good and tonight we ordered 2 Deluxe boxs and four cheesy roll ups and the steak chalupa sup and along with a few other things hardly any cheese and wasn’t melted and where is the damn meat worst tacos ever got to do better here people!!! the girl in line was good only thing good I can say I tried to call but couldn’t get anyone so I decided to let everyone know just how crappy my service was today on here !!!!!

I recently indulged in a Chalupa Supreme, which I ordered for free through my rewards app. Let me tell you; it was an absolute game-changer! The moment I took a bite, I was greeted by the perfect blend of crispy and chewy textures, with a delightful crunch from fresh toppings and a burst of flavorful fillings. It was, without a doubt, the best chalupa I’ve ever eaten from Taco Bell. The experience was so mouthwatering that I couldn’t help but place another order right after. If you haven’t tried one yet, you’re truly missing out on a delicious treat!

My order wasn’t made right. I ordered 2 burritos and one was smaller and not as full as the other. I also order the new street chalupas with light Chipotle sauce and they put extra sauce on them making them extremely messy. There was only 2 employees there and they weren’t busy so they easily could have taken the time to make the order right. Unacceptable service.

How are you gonna advertise the new Flamin Hot burrito on the app, then not have it available at any Taco Bell in a 20 mile radius? Not on the physical menu, not on DoorDash, not on the app… why release it if your not actually going to release it?
