The man angrily left the kitchen, and I ended up being late returning to work because the employees were outside on their phones, causing an unreasonable wait time. The whole situation feels incredibly unprofessional. Lastly, no one was wearing gloves, the state board of health would have a field day!

Worst service, attitude, and wait time!!! Are they cooking the wing one at a time!! Then I was told by someone who claims to be the manager that they could not rush the wings!! REALLY!! It should never take half hour to get an order from any restaurant, but especially a fast food restaurant. Additionally, it’s too much hair flying around without being in a net. The professionalism doesn’t even exist at that place. The owner needs to reconsider and rehire.

My first time at this location and it was disappointing. I arrived in front of about 6 orders. I waited 25 minutes for 5 wings and a salad. I was asked what I wanted on my salad and went down the list saying yes and no. I had to wait for them to laugh and talk with customers they know for my sprite.
Not only was my salad made wrong, the wings were cold within 10 minutes. I stay about 5 minutes from the business and it took me about 5 minutes to get in my house and sit to eat. To be met with cold wings and a salad made incorrectly sent me through the roof! I paid almost $20 for this meal and it was all a waste. I won’t be back and I want a refund.

First time coming to this restaurant and it will be the “LAST” POINT BLANK.
Amber, the cashier “was” nice at first, then got snappy; there where alot of ppl in there, but most of us had ordered our food and then you had door dash orders that they didn’t know who belongs to who.
They didn’t apologize for the long wait or nothing.

Like the way the server holds conversation and pay attention to the regular customers. That really caught my attention and yes the wings are small but unfortunately I like small wings. Was satisfied with my order this is my second time going and will be returning to try other options on the menu.
