A true hidden gem in downtown Winter Haven! Easy to miss if you’re not looking for it, but absolutely worth finding. The food is incredible and beautifully plated, almost like fine dining. The coconut soup is delicious, the crispy wontons are to die for, the cashew nut dish is amazing, and their Haven ried rice I just dont have enough words. My husband and I been twice at different times and the experience was consistently excellent. Great food, wonderful service and reasonable pricing. This place deserves a spotlight!

Spring rolls and chicken dumpling appetizers were tasty – favorite part of our meal. Lemongrass soup had a nice flavor but was mostly broth, not like the menu picture. Pad Thai and Basil chicken were okay – nothing special.
Hot green tea was $4 for one tea bag in hot water – very disappointing.
The 2 servers did a great job even though the place was very busy.

I come here to eat frequently. The food has never disappointed me! No other thai restaurant can match the freshness and tastiness of this place! They always have such a nice family/friendly vibe on top of it all! 10/10 every single time I love this place! Menu is also vegan and gluten friendly. The haven soup and pad see ew are to die for!!

Her dish was a delightful mix of tender chicken, colorful vegetables, and savory noodles. We both enjoyed our meals immensely! The service was fantastic as well; the staff even shared a funny joke with us when we asked for a box for our leftovers, which made our experience feel even more special. Not up to other establishments serving the same food. Mediocre quality sushi. I wouldn’t return. It’s not hard to find a better place to get superior ingredients. My wife had a better meal and was okay with it. Decor and ambiance was seriously lacking.

My daughter and I had lunch at Thai Haven. The first thing we noticed was how clean the place is. The tables are properly sanitized between customers.
The food was amazing. Literally, these were the freshest, perfectly crispy spring rolls I have ever eaten. The tofu pad thai was so delicious and the iced tea was great.
My daughter said the curry was delicious too, along with her Thai iced tea.
The service was superb!!!! We highly recommend Thai Haven!

We found this place by accident but we’re glad we did. The service was great and everyone was friendly. I haven’t had Thai food often and the menu had a lot of pictures and good descriptions that made it easy to order. The entree portion was enough to share and we opted to do that and try some appetizers, as well. Everything was delicious and we’re looking forward to going back.

I came here with my Girlfriend for dinner. We have been here many-many times and it never disappoints. The food is always great, the service is fast and pleasant. Their prices are relatively cheap compared to the area, the food is high quality and unique. The atmosphere is nice, but to get to their restrooms is tricky. It’s quite a maze due to the restaurant’s location being in a square building with many other businesses sharing the bathroom. Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant. They have been titled the best restaurant in Winter Haven.

An interesting mix of good and disappointing experience. The sizzling hot pot with prawns was very tasty, however, due to the fact that its served on a flame, the dish continued to kind of cook and the shrimp became rubbery. The sauce it was cooked in was excellent, plus it was spicy, which we loved! The chicken Pad Thai was disappointing, didn’t stand out at all, didn’t even taste any peanuts in it. The Crispy Haven was tasty, but the sauce with it was sweet. We requested for spicy sauce which made a huge difference.
The place was almost full at lunch time, but service was very slow. Had to go to the counter to ask for sauce, etc. Might go back to try other dishes.
