Did not toast the sandwiches and my husband specifically got the chicken and bacon melt and it was the most pitiful sandwich I’ve ever seen. Not even remotely close to what it’s supposed to look like and then it came shoved in a brown paper bag.

My sandwich was delicious! However, they did forget to cut it, so I had to tear it myself since I was eating on the go. My husband went in side to get it for me, and he said it looked like they had new workers that they were training, so it makes sense. I’d rather them mess up on something simple while training than something big.

I went in to get my family food tonight and the two young guys working were very unprofessional, and rude. They were playing ghetto rap music very loudly over the speakers which wasn’t a big deal until I called back at 9:00 (I know it’s closing time) to see if they could remake a sandwich for me that ended up having a ball of hair in the tuna fish and I could barely understand the guy on the phone since the music was so loud in the background. He then tells me they are closed and he will not remake my sandwich. I will be going first thing in the morning to speak with a manager.

Every time I order online and pay extra for avocado and I never get it. If I order back and avocado and pay extra I get the bacon but no avocado. At first I thought maybe they didn’t have avocado but then I remembered that it would show when they’re out of something. It severely upsets me that I pay extra every time and complain, but the problem is never resolved and I still never get the extra avocado I payed for. How hard is it to put avocado on a damn sandwich?

I enjoy subway every once in a while. Some of their location could use a little customer service training. Also if they have a certain sandwich on the menu board they need a button for. Be aware they will over charge for items like bacon and cheese that the menu states comes on the sandwinch
