We visited Lobster Boil for the first time this week. We ordered the family combo which had more than enough food for all of us. The seafood soup was yummy, the fried shrimp and calamari were tender with a light batter, the platter of seafood had a delicious house sauce and lots of tender seafood. The only thing we didn’t enjoy were the huge old mussels as we much prefer tiny, sweet mussels. Our server was super friendly but we had to wait a while to get our bill. We would definitely go back

I’m absolutely in love with this gorgeous restaurant. Great hospitality and service. Loved the fantastic food especially the Shrimps basket, Dynamite Chicken and Shrimp Alfredo Pasta. Loved the epic mocktails as well. This is an ideal place for all the seafood lovers. It’s truly a heaven on earth when it comes to great food + service. I’m definitely visiting them again for yet another memorable experience

The service was very good. Very friendly and attentive.
All of the food was delicious.
We tried mild sauce to accommodate the kids. The sauce had a rich flavour. We would like to try spicy one next time.
We were very satisfied from the start with the soup. Creamy and filling with 2 pieces of garlic bread.
Appetizer:
Calamari/shrimp were big and fresh.
French fries were very tasty with seasoning.
Main:
It was fun to crack the snow crab legs.
The whole plate had a good portion.
It was served with 4 rice with extra sauce.
+ 4 drinks.
We tried this place for Christmas dinner and it became a speical dinner.
We will definately try again.
A la carte menu is reasonably priced.

Great food and service! We waited no time to get a seat and they were able to accommodate our toddler. Lots of seafood boil options to choose from. We got the Cajun butter and it was delicious. The bang bang sauce for the fries was superb and would totally get it again. Highly recommend!

4.5 stars. I got the signature seasoning combo for 2 and it tasted really good, but a little too salty. The seafood was a little undercooked but not enough to be concerning. Super tender fried calamari and the price for everything was very reasonable. The service could have been better, as I was seated a corner that isnt in direct view so sometimes I feel the waitresses forgot about us. But, overall, great experience! Would definitely come again! ☺️

We’re regular customers at Lobster Boil Seafood House, and our recent visit marked our fourth time dining here. As always, the food was delicious — fresh, flavorful, and consistently satisfying.
A special shoutout to April, who has served us twice already. She is incredibly polite, attentive, accommodating, and genuinely friendly. Her warm service always makes our dining experience even better.

Went tonight for my birthday for something different and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was amazing and we ate everything. We will definitely be back for sure. If you go reserve your table beforehand.

The food was a 10/10. Seafood was fresh, crab legs were thick, mussels and shrimp were juicy. the house sauce was so delicious. we can’t wait to visit again. if you’re in thornhill area, you deffo must go here!! Their strawberry mocktail pairs so well with the seafood!!

I saw someone posted about this place on social media and then my husband came across the place when we were looking for dinner options.
We arrived at 6.15pm, Saturday night without reservation and got a table after 20 mins waiting.
We were really excited and indeed happy with the calamari we got – fresh, sweet and juicy inside, crispy outside.
Unfortunately:
1) the shrimp alfresco tasted too bland..
2) the crawfish bucket with the house mixed sauce – I never had crawfish before so I didn’t know what to expect, but it’s either not fresh or too fishy/ earthy for our taste. The sauce didn’t seem to help either..
It’s good price for sure, but given the hype this place is getting, it’s totally an overpromise and underdeliver for us.

First time trying Lobster Boil; and the food was fantastic. I Got the Snow Crab bucket and added shrimp. I decided on the house mix sauce, spicy and it was great. Tons of flavour. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was busy and we didn’t have to wait long to receive our dinner. I will be returning.
