By far our favorite location! I’ve got a mango allergy, and the staff is always so so careful to make sure I don’t have any cross-contamination. Great food, always well made. Always clean and the staff is great.

Everything here is so good and the people who are working are always so nice and friendly when taking mot orders they even knew my order after a while of coming in and greet me every morning with a smile on their face and it makes my day. They have never messed up my order and rven if they did i know they would be able to compensate for it because of how great of workers they are. I will keep coming here over and over and i think everyone should definitely come here and try it as well with the amazing customer service i wont be able to go anywhere else!

Only giving 3 stars due to the company only staffing three people on a Friday afternoon. You would expect being in the food industry, you would assume that Friday’s at lunch time are pretty busy. This poor staff was doing their best to keep up and yet they were still kind and had a sense of urgency. Don’t forget, your employees are the backbone of the company. Do better tropical smoothie.

Thai salad was very good. Mango monsoon was not quite as good as sometimes due to too much ice (so diluted flavor). I wish I could place my order in advance via the app, but the app charges full price for the smoothie and the food, not taking into account that the smoothie is a lower price if one orders food with it.

Came in at 12/30/25 at 750pm, was greeted by (assuming the manager) a woman with a very nice attitude. She took my mom and I’s order no problem. So we’re waiting for our smoothies 3 and one wrap, one smoothie came out and the wrap did as well. Our names weren’t called very clear by the man/woman in the back. About five minutes later, our second smoothie comes out. In the mean time, about four customers had their orders taken and food/drinks handed to them. The nice lady, the one who took our order, asked what we were still waiting on. We told her one smoothie, she went to let the person in the back know. Well, they came around the corner, asked what our smoothie was, then said “yep I’m making it” with a nasty look on his/her face and an attitude. They then started talking to themselves about how they’re “clearly the only one working here” and swearing. Thankfully the nice lady offered for us to come back for better service but I’m unsure if I want to experience that rude person again.

I waited a while before I could even order, and the lady in front of me had been waiting over 10 min just to get a smoothie. Anyway, I had ordered an Acai Bowl from another TSC, and it was delicious. I wanted to re live that experience, but that wasn’t the case here. First off, the bowl was so empty. The other TSC, the bowl was nice and full, then the granola. The last place it was a nice and layered here, they just threw in chunks of it (as pictured) only 4 strawberries and the rest was blueberries and think shavings of coconut. I was so disappointed. I would go back and have them make it over but it’s 20 min away. I’m just very disappointed in the quality and service. I won’t be going back to that location. SMH

This was my first visit to this place, and my experience was a bit uncomfortable. The staff was rude, and the cleanliness was lacking, especially in the restrooms. The walls were very dirty, and there was a strong smell of urine and humidity. Overall, this place needs significant improvement in many areas.
