Came through drive thru and ordered and once I paid the lady said pull around well I took that as not pull forward but pull around and park so I did just and waited thinking they are busy so they probably just running the orders to keep up..NOPE…. they just said they thought I drove off and never even tried to look and when I came in to get my food the manager showed no care what so ever and just blamed me for it, pretty much the only taco bell ive been done like this at and it wasnt cool im respectful and treat them accordingly I just wanted the same treatment being a paying customer and all.

Got a crunchwrap supreme and it was flat as a pancake. There were almost no toppings inside and it was toasted to the point that it was a hard cracker like thing. Cheesy potatoes were almost black. Cheesy bean and rice burrito wasn’t much better. Please do better, people.

Very lacking in customer service and food quality. The last 3 trips in a row thud Taco Bell got my order wrong every time. I asked for no sour cream on all orders and they our it on every item each trip. It was noted on my order and receipt but yet they get it wrong every dingle time. The are very unfriendly and have terrible communication skills with customers..

I Had a $7.00 bundle and my wife had a chicken chalupa and hard beef taco. Everything was fresh and as ordered. Great staff and easy in and out of the parking lot. We will be back !!

I’m really disappointed in the night cook whoever it is. They could do way better with adding meat to any sort of food item that has meat in it. This is the second night I’ve spent a good bit of money here for a meal for the family, and our tacos tasted like just burritos filled with rice and lettuce when there’s supposed to be meat in them. They only added a tablespoon of meat IF that. There’s hardly any meat in their food and it’s ridiculous and inexcusable! Do better and put more love into your job or don’t work if you can’t make any food normal. I won’t be going here anymore! I highly don’t recommend going here, at least at night time. I never write bad reviews, but after multiple times of experiencing this I just had to warn everyone else!

Do not eat here. I just got one of my kids 2 of the new franks chicken tacos and the chicken was black. The worst part is, I can’t tell if it’s just burnt or old moldy chicken!

They get my order wrong half the time. Last night, my order got sent to the wrong store. There were others in the store that the same thing happened to. I got no help or sympathy. Since it was from the app, noone could help or give a refund. They don’t support the app. I tried to use the app to contact support, and it would crash everything. I was out $40 and had no food. I can’t believe customers can be treated this way I will never go back to any taco bell again.
