First time at this location in years. The burger was so hard it literally hurt to swallow. Everything else was fine but you could tell that the person making the burger did not care about the quality of the meat

Everytime I come here the employees are yelling to each other from across the restaurant and hanging out. I also always feel like I am disturbing them to make an order.

I tried two of the new Saucy Nuggets. Way too much sauce/rub. The Spicy Garlic Parm was way too greasy. The Ghost Pepper wasn’t as bad but I would not order either again. The ranch helped tone down the saltiness/greasiness.
I also tried the Chili Cheese Fries. They are OK. I don’t care for their fries (except the Ghost Pepper fries) or sides for the most part, but I keep trying different things.
The Chocolate Frosty Cream Cold Brew was not bad.

I did not like the Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant. Surprisingly I liked the potato wedges. I don’t always like those at places. They don’t have hash browns though. 🙁
I bought multiple meals worth of food. The Junior Bacon Cheeseburger was good. The Spicy Asiago Ranch Chicken Club was good but not as great as I thought it would be. I would have liked it better if there was a smaller version I think. I prefer smaller chicken patties. The Chili Cheese Fries were not bad. I added pickled jalapenos and red crushed pepper from my house to make it spicier. They didn’t add the Ranch and Ghost Pepper Sauce to the fries nor did they send the packets, I was bummed. They also forgot my Strawberry Frosty. These were things on my list I haven’t gotten to try yet and really wanted to.

I’ve lived near this Wendy’s for a long time. I like Wendy’s food in general. But this particular restaurant is a disaster and has been for years. The service is always painfully slow. The people working there – constantly changing – all seem like they are there only because they can’t find a better option. Everything you love about Chick-Fil-A, rest assured its opposite lives here. No one is happy to be here, including you. Corporate Wendy’s, you need to fix this mess of a store.

Not sure how this dump is still open. Would give 0 stars if possible. Horrible food that made me sick. Service is horrible. At drive thru they said drive thru only could take cash and had to order inside if wanted to use a card, which I think is bull and someone’s pocketing the cash because the inside dining register is maybe 6ft from the drive thru one.. and there were zero customers inside. So your telling me you just couldn’t use the other register.. but has to be the worst Wendy’s I’ve even experienced and I’ve been to them all over this country. Close this dump down

Waited forever for some large fries and chili, and they gave me a small and medium fry. Wasn’t even worth going in they’re so dysfunctional. If it’s not busy they’re fine, but when they get busy it’s a disaster.

they need better management. I order a southwest chicken avocado salad and it was terrible chicken was burnt, lettuce wasnt that fresh, was missing avocado. That location wont see my money anymore

I door dashed my meal and 2 4-piece kids meal nuggets. The put all the food in one bag. Fries were all upside down and no spoon for my frosty and the toys weren’t even there. My frosty wasn’t even full.

Actually the worst – I live right beside this store and for literal years this place has been the most poorly managed establishment I’ve ever walked into. Food is usually fine…… if you can actually order. The system is always “down” or they are only accepting cash or etc etc – it’s always something. I am able to successfully order food here maybe 1 out of 3 times I attempt? If you are hungry and don’t want to have a 50/50 chance of having to drive to multiple places for a meal, find a different location or store entirely – something is def wrong with this place.

Just tried to get service here, albeit 20 minutes (11:40 PM) before they closed on 11/29/25. We could see a worker walking around inside and another walked from outside and saw us waiting in the drive thru and didn’t acknowledge our waiting the 5 minutes we were there and just walked inside and ignored the drive thru. We just drove to another place instead

No. More. Chances! 5620 Hopkins Rd. Wendy’s is my neighborhood Wendy’s and I hate that that is my reality. It always seems to wow me how the employees can outperform themselves as the worst customer service ever. The drive thru consistently never accepts card. I was once told that they aren’t accepting any payments in drive thru and to go inside to order; once I got inside, the employee’s just worked around me and never asked me for my order. And there’s never any sweet tea. I hate this Wendy’s. I literally hate this place. Please don’t ever go.
