Service could not have been any better. The chicken tenders were very small for the price. In the past the chicken tenders were a decent size. This is at the Harrison Ave location. Very disappointing!

Went through drive thru, I ordered to premium combos, chicken tenders with a baked potato & a double with a small chili. I had to pull up & wait, they brought out a cheese burger & fries, so they went back & brought the correct food. I got 11 packs of crackers, no utensils, no butter for the potato, no napkins or straws. My tenders were badly over cooked. They have no clue.

Clearly focused on speed . . . A good thing but has its cons. Came on a Monday before the lunch rush and they couldn’t be bothered to figure out how to use my BOGO survey code. Yes, I understand the Dave’s single is currently BOGO $1 but if I can pay $0 for the 2nd sandwich . . . Why would I pay a dollar?! So they didn’t apply MY discount, but the food was correct, hot and good.

Food is okay, but word of advice to the blonde girl working drive thru, if you’re not going to say a single word, and ignore us, even after telling you to have a good day. At least make sure our order is right, so we don’t have to go back in and grab the already made large fry in the other bag you completely forgot to grab as well. Pay attention, and communicate not just with customers but also your team members. I understand mistakes happen, but if you weren’t a rude person maybe people would be more understanding. Glad the other dude had it ready for us when we went in.
