First off, the people here are super nice. It’s cool that it’s attached to the hotel because it was only 20° outside. Even with that they had plastic over the door trying to keep some of the heat in. The burger was good, but it was smaller than I expected for the price. It’s ridiculous that a double bacon cheeseburger and french fries with a soda these days is $20. I picked this place so I didn’t have to go outside in the cold as it was attached to my hotel and some of the absolutely terrible reviews of other locations nearby. The fries and the burger sauce to dip them in are good as well. It’s just the price is ridiculous..

My family and co-workers love coming here to Burger Bar in downtown Fort Wayne!! I just came today with my co-worker and had a delicious burger and fries. The best part is the service. Awesome Austin was fun and very cool to talk too. He was happy to bring us our food and made recommendations. Mirna the manager was super caring and told us about upcoming specials and menu items to try next time. There is indoor and outdoor seating which is nice to have a choice. Cool atmosphere and the food smells so good as you walk in. Check it out.

I went here after leaving BRU burger due to poor service. The food was good and affordable. I really enjoyed the queso for the cheese fries. I also ordered a burger and chicken fingers. Both were very good.

Best chicken sandwich hands down! Very flavorful, thick and it comes with the perfect sauce. very affordable! the fries are also very seasoned and fresh. I can’t wait to go back!!

I ordered off of doordash. and my co worker picked the food up but here is what i heard from them
Atmosphere: its what you would expect from a place like this. middle of the road
Service: from the moment i ordered and when they got back it was fairly quick so I would assume its fast
Food: now i would give it a 3.5 if i could but i can’t. the fries were good with the cheese sauce and the other sauce (dont know what it is but it was good). the fries were thin and soft. not your five guys lind of fry where it is crispy (might be because of the drive and it had to sit but it just doesn’t seem like a crispy fry anyways). looking at the picture online and then at the food the chicken doesn’t look the same. it isn’t as breaded as shown. but it is very good. just had one inconsistent bite.

I got the standard double cheeseburger, tasted great! Really decent flavor, not too greasy and not too dry. Service seemed a bit busy, maybe an understaffed day.
Wish there was more variety to the menu other than just a burger, hot dog, and chicken tendies. Would like to see more interesting burger recipes.

Best dang burger and best dang shake I’ve ever put in my mouth!!! I tried the shake of the month (winter citrus cranberry) It has REAL CRANBERRIES in it! The fries are good too! (Not a fan of the cheese sauce though) 10/10 highly highly highly recommend!! Also, EXCELLENT service!! Super friendly and helpful staff!!

Stopped in from a work conference across the street for the UAW for burgers and fries … they also served beer. Josie and James were my cashiers they were very friendly even brought out the food to our table. Customer service was a1!!! The price was very reasonable as well. The burgers were incredible. I go to this restaurant pretty frequently because it’s a very convenient stop during bike rides. There’s a bike rack very close to the restaurant and you can order and eat outside if you want.
The burgers are always hot and full of flavor, and they tend to be gooey and messy in a great way, without being hard to eat. The burger bar sauce especially has a nice flavor and adds some great gooeyness to the burger.
The staff are always very friendly and positive, especially Juliette, and I always get what I ordered. There’s special monthly burgers and shakes which can be a good way to mix it up a bit and I enjoyed the chili burger when it was available. There’s also a punchcard system where you get a free burger after you buy just five of them, which feels very generous compared to other restaurants’ rewards programs.

Clerks don’t listen to well and don’t speak English or they are just rude barely said a word to me just my total amount. I also Asked for onions and bacon on burger all she heard was bacon but I guess the window should have been open a little wider while taking my order. (You could barely put fingers in that space and traffic was loud)you know I didn’t find the burger to taste any different than Culver’s( I love Culver’s burgers) and they are cheaper and service is better.
