Family chicken bucket was soggy and very unfresh, Staff were throwing trash at each other from the lobby to the kitchen. They had us wait to make the fries, but they didn’t give us fresh chicken. The fries were amazing because they were fresh. Also forgot all of our condiments we requested. I told my nephew we should’ve gone to churches and boy I was right.

Very bad customer service, the lady at the window almost dropped our food and had an attitude about it. While my husband was trying to put the food away she comes back to the window and says “what?” He told her you didn’t hand me the food right and she just says “oh”, snapped her eyes and closed the window. He was trying to ask her her name and she said no! So we went inside to get her name and the old lady came up and started arguing with us. No managers were present! So I got them on camera so everyone knows who we’re talking about.

Bad drive thru experience. Got home and got raw chicken wings. Came back and all they had for me was excuses. The manager one of the first things she said was I can not give you a refund, instead of asking if my family was ok. I do not need a refund, or any other product. What I need is for them to have better quality control, for them to make sure their product is cook correctly.
