I am very disappointed with my entire experience this evening at Hardee’s, from the very beginning it was all bad, right at the start I gave the cashier $20 cash for the remainder of our bill which was $10 even, I put the rest of it on my card, the cashier tried not giving me my $10 in change, then as soon as me and my kids get to soda fountain machine to pour our sodas, every single soda was flat, all of them except the Fanta Strawberry, this information was not given to us when placing our orders, I paid $9 for three sodas and only had one option to pick from, that’s not even it, there were hundreds of bugs flying around the soda machines also, like gnats or sugar flies or something, then they bring our food out and we starting eating the chicken and then we notice something absolutely not right in the chicken, it was awful looking, that’s the point I had had enough, I take the gross looking chicken up to the cashier and show him it, tell him about their sodas having no carbonation and that they’re all flat and warm, and also tell him while everything was that bad that me and my children were being swarmed with bugs all over in their lobby and the cashier was like yeah, yeah, yeah, that was literally all I got out of him – not an apology or a sorry our experience was terrible just a yeah, yeah – I can honestly say I won’t ever eat there or buy a soda there – I won’t ever step foot in there again. I work hard for my money and the total disregard that we received back from the staff after telling them everything was almost as bad as the disgusting chicken, and the sugar flies, and the flat soda with no carbonation.

Sarah and Nikki are super sweet! I came in on two different occasions and each one took my order with a lot of kindness. The food came out super quick which they hand delivered to me!! I love when people are happy and welcoming at their jobs! Great job you two!!

The drive thru personnel wa very unpleasant and made it seem as though I was an inconvenience. The food was great and the dogs loved it as well. Not sure if those are bragging rights since they are dogs. But they do get homemade food and love when we stop for greasy what nots. But the first sip is a big thing, and maybe they should not sound so sparky and like they don’t want to be there. It’s ok booboo…I don’t want to go to work either, but customers don’t know that… just the coworkers know.

Let me start by saying this was one of the best fast food experiences of my life. Haven’t been to Hardee’s in a long time. I went through the drive thru and the man taking my order was very nice and respectful. When I get to the window he greeted me with a smile and when I got the food it was super hot and fresh. Amazing job Kenneth, and great job downtown Hardee’s!

I went in with my kids because we haven’t had Hardee’s in a really long time. First the order expiernce was really fast and the teenage guy in the front helped my kids through their order and he was very respectful. Once the food was out it was nice and hot and my kids loved the churros. I really underestimated this food chain and I will be coming back again, but thank you again kenneth for talking to my kids and being a respectful worker. Will be eating at Hardee’s another time soon

James and Kenneth were cooking and taking my order and they were awesome!!! The food was fresh and tasted so good, and Kenneth was super friendly. Michelle was also super nice and was amazing at taking my order. Good job downtown Hardee’s!!!

Cindie the GM is so amazing very helpful and sweet!! Super patient! I can’t believe she is just working like any other employee even though she is the GM a whole lot of respect for that. You usually don’t see the GM helping out like that much! Great service, great leadership, great staff!!

If you like Hardee’s this is about as good as any other location from my one visit. I did note that the place was pretty deserted even during the dinner hours when I came. The workers were professional and fast enough, if not necessarily enthusiastic.

I stopped at Hardee’s about a week. And a 1 ago I asked if I could use the restroom before making a purchase of a soda. The manager was extremely rude. Short woman, short hair glasses, real old bag. And she said that I had to make a purchase before. I used the bathroom. I should have just peed on the floor and made her clean it up. How am I going to go stand at a counter when I have to use the restroom that bad and then go make a purchase. She I just walked out, went to get my wallet and was told forget it will go somewhere else.I won’t go back to this Hardee’s especially if I see that old bag there
