The best chicken we’ve had in a while. Hot category is tasty, without burning your taste buds off. We had the Kluckin Combo #2, and those sandwiches were delicious. My kid loved their regular chicken strip, which was huge, and the fries were made to perfection. I love that the kids meal comes with a side of their Mac and cheese, she enjoyed that too. Worth the visit, friendly service, clean place, great tasting food.

Let Magic Mountain and was looking for something close by to eat that I haven’t tried before. The chicken was season well and the dipping sauce is delish. If you like spicy food make sure you get the hottest sauce, the Hot one isn’t that hot. Also the bread for the sandwich is like a hoogie, and not a hamburger so keep that in mind. The wings are small like I like, and I would recommend the buffalo sauce or mango habanero, and don’t get the garlic parm. They didn’t have any crunch to them, made ask for well done. I give them a 2.5 out of 5

Had to try this place because I love me sum hot chicken. It’s not fair because I’m used to Dave Hot chicken in North Hollywood. This place was really good though. Portion amount was filling and flavor was great. Sauce was really good. Only thing was the bun was falling apart making it messy to eat and eat fast.

Oh man! Now these are chicken strips! Honestly I couldn’t even finish the three piece, they were that large. Super fresh and juicy white meat. The seasoning was great. Fries are delicious. Coleslaw was fine, but good for the spice of the tenders. Lady at the front was very nice, very clean inside. 10/10!

might have been the worst chicken I’ve ever had in my life. It tasted like you wanna put your pork for some reason it was probably the worst food I’ve ever had in my life. I almost threw up. I don’t know what they put in it. The skin was like soggy, and it looked like human meat or something please do yourself a favor and don’t come here.

Lacks sauce compared to the other ones in the chain, also the owner wasn’t friendly unlike the other owners of the chain. I believe they’re a family run business and I fell in love with the chain after the kindness I received from the Reseda Branch, but this one isn’t it. They’re more stingy than the other branches on portions. The portion size usually helps justify the price compared to say other chicken places. The other problem with the chain in general with all the other ones as well is that they’ve decided charge customers extra when they order online with a B.S. online platform fee. Combined with the extra credit card fee that you don’t get when you go in store it comes out to an extra ~10% based off the subtotal. I highly doubt those are real additional costs as credit card fees for merchants are usually 1.5-3% unless they’re getting charged more, but usually it’s the price of business for most chains. Platform fees also seem strange as that usually tends to be a set price to maintain the platform. So I’m not sure if they’re trying to skim more off the top or those are real fees, but it does feel like the customer is getting taken advantage of. Also there are inconsistencies in how they charge for extras. Things like adding cheese to the kluckin combo #2 might be $1 total extra at one franchise, but at another it might be $1 per sandwich extra meaning $2 extra total

This place is decently one of my favorite places to go when I’m hungry, especially for lunch. They have great food and fast service; such a friendly place to go to. The workers are very nice, the food is very, very tasty, and their Kluckin sandwich is very good. I have to grab two combos for me and my brother, and don’t get me started with their sauce. The klucin sauce is so, so good, so because of the flavor, I had to buy their jar of kluckin sauce for next time I go out to eat and have leftovers. Their quesadillas are very good too; they have little chicken bites, which are very good. Their combos come with fries, and let me tell you one thing, their fries are well seasoned with so much flavor, which goes with their klucin sauce. This is one hidden gem in Santa Clarita, and if you haven’t yet eaten here before, it’s a must.
