You can do an online order and STILL wait 30 minutes for food. They will ask you to park in the parking lot Nextdoor so you don’t hold up the line. We are only ordering chicken! My grandma could catch, pluck and fry chicken faster then this Popeyes can serve you in the drive thru!

The food on airline was better than the one on veterans. The one on veterans gave me solid cold fries and chicken and me in a hurry to get the food to my husband and his employee I disnt get a chance to check everything. He stated the chicken was cold with no flavor and that the fries tasted that they came out of the freezer and was just shoved in it’s container and here ya go. The one on airline is better but still needs to work on having things hot when they serve there’s as well. But he did say the chicken tasted like chicken but yet was not pleased with the fries. So, beware of where you go for your Popeyes because it doesn’t seem they make things fresh they are too much in hurry or just dont care to serve the customer right. Very disappointed.

We always visit this Popeyes when we are leaving out of New Orleans! The service is always fast & efficient! The restaurant is always clean & the food is always fresh. It’s so hard to get chicken with the original flavor these days at Popeyes but this location hits the mark every single time we visit!

I ordered on the app at 5:45pm and was told through the my order would be ready at 6:15pm. I pulled up to the drive through at 6:22 and was told to move up to get out of the drive thru. At 6:55 an employee came out and asked what was my order. Got my food at 7:02 and the order was wrong. I paid extra for white meat breast pieces and did not get it. It was not worth it to go back in and wait another hour for them to get my order right.

No quality check. I’ve ordered from them through door dash several times, and orders have been plagued with errors every time. Today I tried again. I ordered a flounder sandwich combo with NO pickles or tartar sauce. I received a SPICY flounder sandwich with two large pickles and tartar sauce on both sides of the fish. I have a pickle allergy and am also unable to eat overly spicy foods. My side item was missing as well. For me, this was their last chance to keep me as a customer.
